Always have to wait in the waiting bay when order hash browns.or chicken nuggets for at least 5 min.that's not FFFASTTTTTT FOOD,

It's long time since it was called burger King alot has changed at Darlington since 1966 but burgers still tast good there a love the place

Worse burger and definitely not a big jack, I thought it was a cheeseburger, not worth $11.
Presentation was also poor, worse experience in along time

Still the best Hungry Jack's for fast service. Bit disappointed with HJ's food these days tho. It is not very tasty and just very sloppy. The breakfast menu is ok, they seem to be able to make it good.

After ordering my meal, I sat down to watch the traffic and listen to the beats over the airwaves. I was able to hear the banter from an older gentleman and the server. It was really heartwarming.

Be helpful if they updated their open hours so people didn't drive 15m out of their way after a long work day to find a closed sign on the drive through. Poor form.

Customer service was appalling, my order sat there for 10mins and when i asked for it and questioned how long it sat there and it would be cold, the girl shrugged her shoulders and walked away

NOT IMPRESSED! No consideration for customers. Both drive thru and restaurant closed due to new coffee machine being installed-according to the staff member who's attention I finally got. Don't understand why the entire place is closed for something like that.but would it have been so hard to put some signs up on the door/windows informing customers? During the few minutes I was there, 6 other customers turned up and then left with confused looks.

Always mess up the order. Even after reminding them about previous one. Today was second time in 1 and half month time I got veggie burger meal asked for no Mayo and no cheese but they added both in the burger. Did the same thing as last order. I buy from here as it is close to my home. I'll suggest people to check their order if its takeaway.

Only gripe is holdups in drive thru at night caused by bloody Menulog etc.
Need to sort it

Grilled chicken burger horrible tough dry not nice bacon deluxe burger no flavour build like mud and whopper double was no freshness within the taste, the chips was fantastic the large ones and the iced coffee farmers union was not as cold as it should be. I spent $30 on rubbish sorry hungry Jacks but you seem to be getting worse but the one on Brighton road is getting better but it close earlier then the one at Darlington. I recommend Darlington for the burgers

One of the late lunches that I thoroughly enjoyed. Nice ambience and the vegan burger was great.

Nice place, quick service which has been pleasant. Reasonable prices and ample car park available. I have not tried the drive through yet

Asked to modify order.was told yep not a problem.got to window to be given original unmodified order due to not listening.got told they would change it which would mean more rubbish so didn't bother

Haven't been inside for ages. It was nice to take a supported person there for a coffee. We sat near the windows and watched the South Road traffic pass us by whilst chatting. The service was friendly and quick too

Was hankering for a burger. Order nice and smooth, but managed to get the order wrong. Speed is not key when mistakes are made. Over all the new whooper range is tastey!

Ordered a big jack through Menulog. Took an hour, when it got here the burger was inedible and the chips were cold. I asked for extra sauce as the last one I ordered from here had little to no sauce and what I received was an absolute joke.as a cook in a burger bar, I would never allow myself (not like I’d make a burger like that) or any of my staff think the burger I received was acceptable. I will continue to drive the extra 5-10 minutes to go to the hallett cove hungry jacks as they have never messed up my order or given low quality fast food.

A typical Hungry Jacks store. Does have a nice outdoor area for seated eating. Also a children's playground. Friendly & helpful staff. Nice spot.dare I say it. "the burgers are better"

Food was ok.but I ordered 2 items.and got two different items. A breky wrap and toastie was delivered as a big breky wrap and a sausage and egg!
