Hungry Jack's

Went in store and they were run off their feet. Staff remained calm and polite, apologised for the wait. Food was perfect, they clearly need more help though, their shift manager is a credit to the team. Keep up the good work.

Waited ages to be served with only one person in front of me, waited ages for the food, got home (3 mins away) food was cold and very average, last few times I've been here the food has been less than average.

Went drive thru. Made to park but dedicated area was taken. Due to 4 cars already waiting. Only ordered two cheeseburgers with meat and cheese only and still waited 20min

Got a takeaway. Went home to eat as beening tired.
I always pick the STUNNER MEAL. I like the variety.

Most of the time I order something there they never give out the receipt and they almost always get the order wrong.

Never have I ever got the either the correct/complete meal ordered after using the drive through multiple times plus made to park and wait for simple orders! Definitely do not recommend I will not be headed back here again!

I bought a whopper junior meal unfortunately didn't realise how small the burgers are getting, service was good!

Decent food, staff a bit rude, probably from stress. Drive through being a priority meant we waited 40 minutes to get food and half was cold. Place was quite dirty, not sure if we made it in after dinner rush or something. Would recommend giving somewhere else a go instead.

The store manger is a very rude n disrespectable person and u know who u are. Didnt listen to the order he was more interested in chattin up the young girl (co-worker). All i can say is hungry jack in paralowie would be the worse one i have been in.well guys n girls u all have lost a customer.

Very disrespectful manager, yells at staff & acts like a complete jerk to them. Needs to be assessed.

At 8: 02pm I went through the drive through, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a greeting that wasn't super rushed. I found out while paying that her name was Sarah, while speaking with her through the speaker box and while I was paying she spoke to me as a person, made eye contact and was polite. This makes a huge difference in a positive way because a lot of fast food places forget about customer service and just concentrate on drive through times not actually caring about how customers are treated or feel.
I got asked to park up because they were making fresh fries and again was done politely by another staff member. When the lady walked my order out (I'm sorry I didn't get your name) she made eye contact, smiled, verified the order and agian was down to earth and didn't have that fake customer service voice most people tend to adapt. By the look of it you had a great crew working tonight and my suggestion would be to get these people to train all of your staff on proper customer service. To these people I spoke about, keep up the good work, it does make an impact. Thank you.

If i could rate this as minus stars i would.always messing up orders.they mess up more times than they get it right. Worst Hungry Jacks Ever!

As a local resident I have never seen a voucher coupon in my letter box 4 years now but you live at Flagstaff hill they do I'm so dissapointed and dissgusted that's why I dont go there why pay $8 for bacon double cheese burger deluxe in a Coles tiny roll when others get 2 for 1 I will go postal with this as it's just not paralowie its craigmore and plenty of others I'm sure shame on you hj

Terrible tonight, Came in at 8: 10 waited 15 minuets for a hunger tamers box!
Specifically asked for cheese on both burgers, revived none. Even though I paid extra
Specifically asked for NO bbq on cheeseburger revived a bbq cheese burger!
Specifically asked for extra pickes on both burgers, revived no pickles at all!
Asked for spicy sauce with my nuggets, got no sauce at all!
If I knew it would’ve been this bad I would’ve saved my $15 and brought better food from MacDonalds!
The chips where in edible and disgusting.
I am a hospitality worker myself and I know how we all make mistakes but this was just terrible
So disappointed, can’t even ring back as my phone has no credit at the moment

Worst ever. Same, simple order. Seven times. Wrong each time. Super glad I payed for the upgrades and extras and stuff I didn't get
