Would just like to say that we all were very happy with the service. All our food was correct (and it was a lot ordered.) Thanks guys! ;)

Normally pretty good but Wednesday our burgers just seemed slapped together and wasn't the nicest. Hopefully just a one off

I feel like you get less bang for your buck with any HJs these days.

Had to remind the girl to give me my free glass, as did the car in front of me.

The worst thing about this HJs is the layout of the drive through. The speaker box needs to be moved further away from the drive in entrance.

Will give this one a miss. Burgers were soggy and uber got priority had to wait f o r our order. AND we ate inside go figure.

I order a whopper meal and asked for no tomato add cheese
I got a whopper jnr with tomato and no cheese

Not to bad, what ever happened to fast service and hot food not reheated slop However not as bad as the other two competitors near by.

Fantastic the staff very friendly and OMG the chips wern't extra salty 1st time ever, definitely go back when that way

Great service.but waited 25-30 mins for one burger as they did 30 delivery orders before looking after the customers waiting in the shop for food.

Absolutely the worst HJ store that I have ordered at, not once, twice but three chances to redeem confidence but stuffed up again. They are giving the franchise a bad name! Pull your heads in and retrain if need be!

Service is slow and there is no taste in the burgers. One can buy patties from coles and make burgers at home that taste better.

Had to wait 15 minutes before our order came, they stuffed the order up, then made us wait another 10 minutes before we got what we ordered. My junior burger was cold and I wouldn't go there again.

How hard is it to get a simple order right.two value meals. Rang to let them know but engaged for the last ten minutes.
If it were closer we'd definately be returning it and expect more than a sorry

Just tried this store again.severe lack of staff imo.
17 minutes from ordering to get my burger (somehow cold) and large Chips and a pre-packaged drink.
No cue to speak of either btw

Well to begin with second week on row we have gone and ordered said dine in and not been given a tray so we can dine in. Then to find the burger i ordered lacked the lettuce and tomato and mayo as it is meant to. I asked for a tender crisp classic burger with cheese and i received a chicken tender with cheese go back and line up again to retell what i ordered finally i get my burger. I understand they are busy with drive thru and menulog orders.but us small walkin customers should be served equally and efficiently.ty

Worst thick shakes and onion rings ever and never had one burger bun taste fresh and the other one in the order was stale.

I hate this place! I went there to day to order 6 stunner meals, and the said it's was $62.05 but usually when we get it it's $52.05.then we started telling them they got it wrong and they said no. So we paid for the food and we went home and we find out the gave us 7 when we clearly said 6. They even said yes we got 6. I'm never coming back if I could rate this 0 stars!

Told to park at the front door by a rude server, 1: 51 am Monday morning, no other customers around.that’s why you always loose to Maccas lol

Jamie Skinner is one of the best and most hard working people I have ever met, time after time he makes fantastic burgers, especially the Bacon Deluxe and the Baconater. His Whopper is sensational, all with a smile, keep up the good work. They should give him a promotion!
