Hungry Jack's reviews
55I RANG UP TO REPORT A LIVE RAT IN MY CHEESEBURGER BUT THE YOUNG BLOKE HUNG UP ON ME VERRY DISSAPOINTING
Cheers for my birthday burger and biscotti shake was delicious. Thanks for being champions! Hot food and great staff, clean restaurant
The disabled toilet was disgusting. The toilet seat was filthy, old it's hard to believe a multi million dollar company couldn't afford to replace it. And there was dirt around the edges on the floor. You can see it's been building up for months. How disgusting to treat disabled people like that.
Friendly staff, good service, and the burgers are better than their large competitor.
Fast and convenient.
Today I ordered 2 chicken royals and a $1 BBQ cheeseburger shake and win, but they forking gave 3 BBQ cheeseburger which supposed to be $5 and I had to the price for chicken royal which was $11, and not just that I also had to pay $1.40 GST tax for buying food. This was probably the worst experience I hav ever had in hungry jacks
Food is mostly freshly made, every time I order a wrap I am made to park even when no one is behind me.it's fast food so it is what it is.
Popped in tonight. Kids some nugs and me a burg. Get home. No burg. Rang asking what they can do. Oh just a credit for a meal. Let the kids finish theirs. Back in the car let them know. Burg only. Fùçķing useless as always. Last time.
Just went there to get food, Firstly the lady that served us first was rude and then a guy attended to us so we could review our order (Brae) and can't believe in my 57 yrs I have ever encountered a more rude guy in my life, got home to find our order was wrong so I rang and Brea answered and basically said it was our fault should have told them there and then. Again basically too bad too sad.
DEFINITELY won't be going there when they are working, they apparently only work night shifts.
Totally annoyed!
Unhygienic staff
Lack of cleanliness passing me a straw making and serving food with the hands with which he is using cleaning brush not even sanitise it or wear gloves
I stopped by Hungry Jack's for a bite, But the Ultimate Double Whopper wasn't right, The patty was dry, the buns were old, I left feeling hungry, and feeling cold.
I can't recommend the Ultimate Double Whopper, It's not worth the money or the time, I'll be seeking out a different burger joint, One that serves a tasty, juicy, divine.
So if you're hungering for a burger feast, I'd suggest you give Hungry Jack's a pass, There are plenty of other options out there, That will surely satisfy your hunger's class. "
Good old hjs can't generally go wrong. Certainly the fat chips they do nowadays are much better than the fries they failed at so often.
Pretty standard Hungry Jacks. Toilets are dilapidated. Whole place wasn't very clean.
Ordered 2 hash browns it took 10 minutes, it was on the screen for 5 minutes before any of the 4 staff looked at the screen because they were to busy talking about the weekend then after 5 minutes someone just happen to ask what I was waiting for, so I told them and they went and got them from the freezer and had to cook them, I wonder how long it would of taken if no-one had asked me! It's meant to be fast food ha ha. I suggest you employ some more mature workers so they can concentrate on what they're meant to be doing. 1star because the hash browns were nice
I don't like to leave negative reviews or comments but unfortunately I'm pretty disappointed with the response I got from hungry jacks paralowie when I told them their chicken burger tasted pretty bad. They told me to contact Uber for a refund and didn't even offer to give me another meal or a refund themselves. I don't know how to ask for a refund from Uber. Quite unhappy about the food quality. The grilled chicken was hard and rubbery
Every time we come here for breakfast they somehow mess something up. I don't think I've ever had a hot hashbrown from here maybe warm at best. Also don't even both asking if someone wants sugar in their coffee if you're not going to put any in. God I hate days when the mcdonalds drive through is really busy
Always out of ingredients and take forever to bring items that they give to 3 other cars before delivering to your actual vehicle when ordering from the drive thru. The car park is ridiculous as well and very congested. Avoid. Meals are always stone cold as well and they always stuff up at least 3/4 of your order.
Good staff, orders are prepared in a timely manner. If there's a hold up they have always made the issue clear when I've ordered rather than leaving you standing and waiting while everyone picks up around you. The place is clean and tidy, HJ's at Paralowie is a good place to get a fast food fix whether you're picking up or going through the drive thru.
Hungry Jacks Paralowie is part of the Settlers Farm Shopping Centre on Bolivar Rd. It offers takeaway, drive through and in store dinning. Famous for its burgers, coffee and light food. Plenty of parking.
Pretty lazy effort I'm afraid and a let down as it's a rare treat for me. No serviettes and no sauce for the nuggets Not too much to ask I would've thought!
There was goo in my whopper but the nuggets where goof same with the thick ah fries the fries so salty I almost had a heart attack
