The views at Hugh Hamilton are amazing! 270 degrees are just incredible. We didn't have time to do a tasting but we did have a glass a wine and it was just a lovely relaxing time. Service was excellent
Stumbled across H. H. Wines by chance and couldn’t be more impressed! Sabine, the ultra friendly pilot of our personalised tasting flight was incredibly knowledgeable and looked after every request brilliantly. All the delicious wines on offer made sure we left with a fabulous variety to enjoy.
Was such a special experience even on a dreary day! The tasting rotunda is magical and gives you an almost 360 degree view of the vineyard. The staff were so wonderful, patient, and knowledgeable! We had a fantastic time. Loved the Shiraz cordial served alongside the wine tasting. The wines themselves are incredible, can’t wait to go back!
This was a nice surprise. Up a long tree lined drive, then sitting in an elevated tasting area with wonderful views of the surrounding vineyards. Rebecca our host, was really good, giving us history and information on the wines as we tried some very nice reds. I liked their Black Ops wine I bought a lovely little gift pack with a few bottles that also included the exceptionally tasty saperavi wine.
One of the best tasting experiences! Rebecca was amazing and they let us tailor all our wine flights individually. Gorgeous views from the cellar door too, would 11/10 recommend

Don't um and ah, just do the premium tasting and go home with no money and loads of wine. The wine selection is honestly out of this world. If you like powerful wines to brag to your friends about, this is the place. Every drop was interesting, gold medal worthy and very well priced.
Went for the wine, stayed for the Views and hospitality! Kath was so lovely and warm, called us by our names all tasting, so knowledgeable and personable. Recommend!

Unbeatable views of the never ending vineyards with friendly staff and really nice wines. Definitely a must visit while in McLaren Vale.
Everything about Hugh Hamilton was amazing! The wines were all delicious, the tasting room was absolutely stunning, and the service was informative and attentive. The staff was maybe the best part, and that’s saying a lot. They were fun, friendly, and made us feel as if we were regulars even though it was our first time there. This is a must visit!
1 star for the views and 1 star for the wine quality. Minus 1 star for the $10 charge for 5x15ml tastings which were not self selected. Minus 1 star for the deceptive redemable charge. Minus 1 star for the greedy 'Black Sheep' with the 'Drama Queen' daughter.
We had a wonderful experience here at Hugh Hamilton wines! Sabine was lovely and looked after us like one of the family! And the wines were five star! Couldn’t help but order a dozen to be sent home.
Enjoyed a wonderful visit to this winery. The venue is stunning and would make for a great wedding reception venue. The tasting experience was great with knowledgeable staff and the history of hugh Hamilton wines was really interesting to hear about. It’s a relaxed setting and worth a visit if you are visiting the McLaren Vale district.
Was recommended this place and went with family last weekend. Amazing! Big shout out to Alison who took care of us. Very knowledgeable & very friendly. A staff member to be very proud of!
