Hong Fat BBQ Restaurant reviews
52Have been coming here for Schezuan Beef on and off for years. Always enjoy this dish. I do agree with most that the service is quite sub-standard. The staff look like they just want to get home and never smile or communicate. I think Gordon Ramsey should pay a visit!
Don’t come to this place, I ordered half a roast duck for take out. After I opened the box, the top layer of the duck was normal, but the lower layers of duck tasted like rotten and not fresh made me almost vomited. I believe they just put some of their yesterday leftovers in my take out box.
Roast pork tasted a bit old. Duck was ok but I've had better. Noodles were the best thing on the plate.
Very poor service.the dishes came out without cutlery. We had to wait for 10 mins for the cutlery to come
Good option for cheap eats in Adelaide's Chinatown if you're a meat lover. Satisfying roast pork. Juicy meat with crispy skin. Customer service a bit lacking, but priced accordingly as a no-frills restaurant that's popular among students.
Slow service, oils are obviously too old and not refreshed enough contributing to old overly oiled food, taste also lacking. Not recommended, go elsewhere for much better options in Chinatown.
Pretty good looking but the food is old, taste like expried. However, you’ll get a huge meal here.
The worse roast duck in adelaide, not to mention the source that come with the duck. Look like soy source but doesn't have any taste at all!
Disappointed to everything. Tofu soup tasted sour and duck wings with too much feathers and the prawn with silky eggs wasn't the traditional one.never meet such rice in au
Rubbish, cheap, tasteless. For a student this is a place that they won't mind. But if you are looking for similar kind of food and has a few more dollars in your wallet, please don't eat here. There are so many other places to consider. We went in for a quick bite and found out it was an error of judgement.
Roasted duck was excellent, and a huge bowl of pork bone soup was also provided free of charge (admittedly bland though).
