Rude, rude and RUDE! The receptionists are awful and unprofessional. The doctors got their licences from a cereal packet.

I had appointment at 10: 40 am and it's 11: 38 am and still waiting. I have another appointment at 12 pm somewhere which I may not arrive there.

If I could give a minus rating I would. I had the most unpleasant misfortune of seeing Dr Fitzgerald. What a rude unprofessional ignorant man! I was abused and told to "stop complaining". I walked out! So much for a duty of care! I will be reporting this doctor to the medical board.

I have been going to the HMC for years and the doctor that i am seeing goes out of his way to help and diagnose whatever medical complaint you have and the staff at reception are always friendly and polite no matter if it is in person or on the phone.

Regular Doctor - Dr Pole is fantastic, although always running at least 30mins behind. She takes extra care of you and ensures you leave with all of your questions answered.

Never see Dr Ting - she is inconsiderate, careless and uninformed. Will NEVER see again.

Booked an appointment at 1110, still haven't bring served after half an hour. Doctor called out my name only to point at a person with the same name and told me to sit down. Is it that hard for a doctor to say a last name? General service unprofessional. Won't be going to again.
