I was impressed by the service I received at the reception desk. First time seeing a doctor at this practice. Dr Johns made me feel at ease with his excellent manner. I highly recommend this practice.

Drs Nguyen and Man are assets to the surgery. They are both thorough and take time to assess symptoms while genuinely listening to their patients without being dismissive or arrogant.

Very poor knowledge about the system. A pregnancy certificate can be sent to patients email if a Gp doctor is looking after the patient. They say we need an appointment and have to pay. In same cases others have been sent emails without appointment. At least health systems and laws should be learned.

I am a lifetime client of Hindmarsh GP. Everybody from reception to the doctors and nurses are super friendly and professional. Big shout out to nurses Ingrid and SonnyHe. I feel comfortable and assured whenever I interact with them.

Always running late. It's as if appointment times don't actually mean anything.

Worst GP Practice I have ever been to. I would rate this clinic 0 if there was 0 star! I arrived there with one of our client who had MND and it was his first appointment at this clinic. After waiting for 30 minutes, one lady comes and tell us that clients wheelchair cannot go inside as it doesn't fit inside, Therefore, Doctor cannot do the consultation. I was very furious because basically they were refusing to see client with MND (Motor neuron disease) and the name of the doctor was Mr. Sue man as I saw they had wheelchair access in that clinic, So I felt very bad for our client. In which clinic there won't be any wheelchair access? We weren't notified on the phone regarding this matter. Client travelled 50km from his home just to come to this clinic. Whoever is reading this please do not go to this clinic. WHAT A DISSAPOINTMENT!

I have been attending this clinic for thirty years and cannot fault it. Very professional with expert Doctors including Doctor Fitzgerald.

Experienced a rude office person who told me my Medicare had expired when in fact it was in date! The doctor was also rude & abrupt who did not give me time to explain why I was there, just marched me through the building to have a PCR test. Even though I had a negative result the night before. Never Again!

This is my Childrens regular doctor clinic and we use Ken Mah and both Sue Man very professional doctors.
Suzzane the receptionist along with other staff are unpleasant and berating.

Dr Claudia Janowski is such an asset to this clinic. Very professional, thorough, caring and all round lovely doctor! She ensures you get the best care. Definitely the reason I come back to this clinic!

I am never going to visit this place again. Booked an appointment for 3: 20pm. Reached on time. And the staff said there are 2 more patients before you, had to wait until 4: 30pm for see the doctor. The whole reason behind “booking” is of no sense here. If anyone visiting here - please come 1-1: 30 hours prior to your appointment.

Won't see a 6 week old for her vaccinations unless she produces a negative PCR result.

Doctors breaking commonwealth constitutional law, putting business above patient health by not allowing anyone unvaccinated into your facilities

What a disgrace, discrimination not allowing anyone unvaccinated into your facilities. You should be ashamed of yourselves. What your doing is against the law!

Discriminatory practice wont allow visits from people who havent had two doses, when there are zero cases all of a sudden its dangerous. Also charge an extremely large gap for a very short visit.
