Normal selection of Harvey Norman products. We went in right on closing time but the staff didn't rush us to make a decision just to hurry us out the door. Items were bundled together in a package deal at a good price and option to lease was presented.

Expert, friendly staff. Very helpful in furniture store and prices offered were excellent. Could not fault.

The dude selling mobiles was super pushy trying to sell Optus to me even though I live on KI and it doesn't work here

Investigated buying coffee machine. Spoke with Jaymie. Brilliant customer service. New her products. Fantastic Jaymie 10/10. Will buy any products i need from this young ladie.

Worst online shopping experience ever. Poor communication, had to chase order and pick up was inconvenient and required patience and leg work. Come on Harvey Norman, how can we support the Australian retail industry if you don’t provide the service!

We bought two expensive items from here after sales there was no support, staff was good during sales but after sale no support we contacted over phone.no communication.

Felt like the computer department "oversell" extras when purchasing.way over the top and left me feeling like I was pushed into it.then to top it off they screwed up the paperwork and threatened to call in the debt collectors.no apology from management after I helped sort out the issue they caused. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Bought $5000 of Apple from H. N marion. Software not downloaded, no support, no instruction. Grab the money and run. Have spent $8000 in the store recently bur certainly no more. Once bitten. Management apologised with no compensation. Totally pissed off with H. N. David Sabine

"Click and collect within two hours"

More than 1 week later, still waiting for the product that has been PAID for. Should be "click and forget" Was told that they don't actually know where it is. Keep getting told "it will arrive on X day"

Computer sales guy was just rude, didn't know anything, was thinking about buying a new tv and computer lost my sales. Been buying from Harvey's for ever, never again.give jobs to real aussies.

I came in to ask about removing a filter on my rangehood. I mentioned this to a lady when I asked if she was serving.she said she was and told me she wouldn't be long! I waited ages while only 2 assistants talked with clients and I had no idea when I could see someone. I walked out, went next door to the Good Guys, was served in 5 mins and Rebecca showed and explained how to remove the cover. I was on my way in 2 mins. I know where I'll go next time!

Got misleading and blatantly incorrect information from three salespeople, one of which said he even has a pair of these himself.

Purchased $5,000 of Apple computer on Friday 21st. Took old p.c. For transfer of intellectual property to be collected on Monday 24th. Apple is totally foreign to us and we have a basic working knowledge of Windows. We expected a short session of instruction but we were whisked through the paperwork, and as soon as we had paid the bill in full, whisked out the door with equipment of which we have no idea. We were told a phone call to an independant company would provide instruction for us. Surely a half hour of hands on in-store would be beneficial. A confusing and unacceptable experience will not encourage us back to Harvey Norman at Marion.

We always end up here for electrical goods. Cheaper than most other places & knocked $40 the freezer off which sealed the deal.

TBH I don't normally do these, but Luke E was very helpful/friendly, so I thought he earned it for them. Good work mate!

Unlike some other stores, this one has everything: bedding, furniture (outdoor and indoor), computers, electrical, white goods, etc. We've purchased TV's, kitchen appliances, beds and furniture from this store and have experienced great customer service on every occasion.

I find this place feels very comfortable too me. I enjoy trying out all of the lounges here for some strange reason. Great range too bad the owner is such an enemy of the Australians people right to buy something that he sells for half the price.
