Went to Harvey Norman to look at vacuums. What a helpful young man that came to our assistance.
He was very knowledgeable, polite and so patient. He went thro pro's and cons on 3 brands. Demonstrated them etc.etc.

It's got everything all brands I bought a free standing Westinghouse oven which I only ever buy up style with ceramic top looks great installation and removal $200 good guys price uninstall yourself and $285 delivery and install new one

Big store with lots of stock to look at and buy. Staff are friendly and helpful. Hope this review is helpful.

Had a gutful of this store. Electrical staff continuous barrage of other deals to bleed you dry. Phones & plans, security apps, paid extra warranties etc etc etc. Faced with it every time.
Sat down to make my laptop buy, told them it was all I was going to buy and nothing else but NO - they persisted. Continuous minutes of mistruths & rubbish about the products I currently use to try and sell something else. Simply walked out and took my $1400 elsewhere to make my purchase for same price with another seller.
Never setting a foot in this store again.
Not my loss Harvey Norman.

The hand sanitiser was really bad. I felt violated after using it. The customer service was exceptional however and helped take my mind off the sticky mess on my hands.

Spent two hours in the computer section without being served. I reached out to the Computer section manager twice, however, he said “just a second won’t be long”. While a couples of staff were hanging around and went away and the manager “acted” like supervising everyone by looking around. Very disappointed. The two stars were for the staff from other sections helping me out while I experienced the poor service in the computer section.

Got what I wanted, a queen and double mattress. The sales assistant was every helpful and as we had already researched the products, the entire process was quick and easy

Great service at the Marion store and Nathanial really knew his stuff when it came to TV's. I was very unsure on what to buy and the technical advice he provided made sense and really helped me to decide. Thank you.

Online order pick up staff at the warehouse are so uninterested in customer service one can see why they are stuck in a warehouse! The woman on the register was rude and dismissive and the younger men stroll around like they have all the time in the world. Isn’t this service meant to make purchasing streamlined for the customer? Not from Harvey Norman Marion.will never purchase from here again.hard to support local when they don’t care about repeat business! Sad.very sad HN!

What an absolutely awesome shopping experience. Furniture, kitchen appliances, tech gadgets, Home appliances.you name it and they have it all. Extremely well- displayed showroom. Good rates and discounts. Loads of customer service executives to help one around.

I placed an online order for 65" tv 40min before close, went straight there had the tv in my car before close.great service

I order online some times, but visit my local store also. Good service, new clothes dryer delivered quickly and on time. Always have a good experience shopping at Harvey Norman.

Got a really good deal on a laptop which included Office, Norton Anti Virus, extended warranty and my huge Dropbox.all set up by their tech so all I have to do is turn it on. Easy.

Woman in Kitchen/Oven Appliances is the most rude awful retail assistant I’ve ever encountered. Wouldn’t buy an item off of her if she gave it to me half price. ABSOLUTELY ABHORENT TREATMENT OF CUSTOMERS! Gives Harvey Norman a bad reputation.

He not only gave us very helpful information in store but also helped us with a faulty item.he has done so well, and we are Highly thankful.

Simon's customer service for my new dishwasher and dryer was excellent. He knew the answer to most of my questions and found me the answers to those he didn't know. His advice made shopping at Harvey Norman an easy experience.

Went in to buy a new phone. Was assisted by Cameron. He was excellent. He listened to our requirements, got our bill at Optus reduced and am really pleased with the phone that he recommended. The call through to Optus took longer than expected but Cameron dealt with the whole transaction very professionally. Very happy to recommend Harvey Norman. Thank you.
