Guzman y Gomez reviews
56 I thought I would give Nachos a try tonight at Guzman Y Gomez! Massive Mistake! In my opinion the pulled pork had absolutely no flavour and I wouldn’t even call the green mash guacamole! Terrible! If you want to eat real Mexican make sure you only treat yourself to authentic Mexican food such as La Adelita Mexican Cantina Elizabeth- pulled pork is absolutely delicious their!
I think the only good thing about this restaurant is this staff and the atomsphere, the bad most definitely outways the good
I eat Keto foods. I ordered a chicken salad and it was A-mazing! Hearty serve. Fresh ingredients, the chicken was fantastic. Wheelchair entry, tables and chairs, restrooms. Great prompt service and price.
First time going here for me and my partner and definitely the last, we were wanting to try this for ages because we heard good reviews from family so we tried it. Absolutely disgusting food service. The two nacho bowls were soggy as and the pulled beef wasnt even cooked properly and they didn't even have sour cream like all nachos do. The chips were probably the only good thing. Other than that there's 50 bucks down the drain, Because my dog wouldn't eat it either. I'm glad I made it to a meal because I could only eat the chips, Never again. Far out.
The most laziest of all Guzman y Gomez branch. Time and again I say "lets try it tonight, it will be as good as the others". Time and again I am disappointed. No effort goes in the food preparation and the disproportionate amount of ingredients provides a bland taste compared to the burritos of other branches. Please ensure your staff put in genuine effort to make sure the ingredient proportions are accurate to provide the amazing tasting burritos provided by every other branch.
Awesome food, very tasty and healthy clean food. Even the kids are happy to eat the burritos and of course the churros. We have had breakfast lunch and tea and all delicious. Breakfast especially is fantastic value too.
It was okay, price point and food quality does not command high price in comparison to other places.
Great food and great service, usually go for breakfast burritos which are usually good, my daughters favorite
I visited first time, food was delicious. Prepared quickly too. Definitely would recommend this place.
First time going there, probably the last.chips are too salty/over seasoned
I had nacho's.the pulled pork was sparce, and the nacho's were swimming in some liquid/moisture which made the majority of them all soggy and inedible.paid extra for sour cream but really didn't see any in the dish.worst $20 spent on a meal. 3/4 of the tray is in the bin because even the dog wouldn't eat it.
First time trying it and I didn't really know what a lot of it was. Staff sat with me and helped me pick out something to my taste.
Outstanding service. Felt more like a restaurant than fast food!
I asked for a cappuccino. It has 4 syllables. She thought I said Coke. I said cappuccino 6 times before she finally said "okay got it". Pull up to pay for food, she gives me coke. Told her I wanted a cappuccino. She hands me another coke. (Besides that the food was mediocre, and honestly it was hilarious)
Excellent!
Tried Guzman Y Gomez for the first time tonight and did not expect much but was very impressed by great service, tasty, delicious food and huge portions. Not the cheapest meal but well worth the money spent. Only downside is the noise of the stools on the concrete floor and the hard to use plastic cutlery and cardboard plates. Would definitely recommend this place for a very tasty Mexican Meal.
The food is good and the service is reasonable. You get served quick and don't have to wait too long for food. A visit here would suit anyone after a quick lunch time meal or a family lunch.
Served cold old chips they happily served me some new ones almost instantly. Some were now super hot some not second go round, so can only think they mixed some older prepared chips through, the spicy aoli sauce was great but didnt counter the hit and miss chip issue. Premium prices should dictate quality or quantity, I was not impressed after spending 35 on food for 2 people and only 1 was a meal including chips and a drink. I can't say I was super impressed with the taste of enchilada compared to other fresh Mexican I've had for comparable prices. One plus was we ordered coffee from the same venue which was great but really not under the same business. The manager may have seen the large amount of chips, enchilada left on the plate after we finished and checked in on us, offered us more chips but I wasn't really in the mood for another do over. So I have given a star extra for customer service which is mainly for the manager or team member for trying to remedy the issue.
Love the food. It's a little weird being in the BP that you can't buy stuff or petrol from the BP also.
