Not happy at all just arrived home after picking my order up from gyg Salisbury and there is sweet FA topping NOT HAPPY JAN AND THIS IS NOT THE 1ST TIME

It’s not as good as a stand alone GyG restaurant. Ingredients not as fresh, service is also a little slower. You are sitting inside a service station so its not a destination for a night out as such with friends, it’s more a take away joint. I much prefer going to the GyG’s in Melbourne.

Very long wait times in drive thru with no communication made after ordering. No staff at windows, only spoke to us after nearly 10 minutes of waiting at the window. When we were given the meal the hot and cold items had been mixed together and made the food a gross temperature. Chips were old and soggy. Definitely a bit disappointed after spending nearly $60 on our meals.

Alright food, but on average not as good as other GYGs around South Australia. Make sure you check your order if you're getting takeaway. They have a history of missing items and it takes about a week to get a refund.

One of the better GyG places. The food here usually tastes fresh. The enchilada and burritos are good, the tacos are great but taco portions can sometimes be a little small

I ordered a chicken enchilada from this store yesterday at around 6: 30pm, unfortunately I have experienced the worst food poisoning I have ever had. I was disappointed as this took 11 minutes in the drive thru to prepare, however I urge the staff at this store to ensure they are constantly practicing food safety measures as this has been a rather horrible experience. I have tried ringing to possibly receive a refund for my order due to my experience, however I haven’t yet been able to get through the landline. I’d appreciate an email address to contact regarding this as my New Years plans have now been tarnished. Thank you.

They said they open at 6am on their signs
It's a lie.they don't open till 11am

They never deliver the correct order. There is always something missing so disappointing that they cannot even get the order correct

The sign says drive-through 6am-11pm, but if you go there before 11am no one answers. Bit weird really. Otherwise their food's pretty reliable and good for an easy take-away option.

Nice and friendly staff and looking after customer like family so happy to come here and please support them to keep this business for us so lovely food

Ordered nachos and tacos. Charged more than advertised on their menu, no apologies given. Get home (700mts away from store), nachos are cold.
This is the 2nd time I've been given cold food from here. Won't be returning for a 3rd time

It was REVOLTING i got a giant chunk of fat and was stone cold. I never waste food and i love Mexican it had to throw it away. My son got a taco there was more cheese and lettuce than meat. My daughter order no tomato on her nachos and got extra.i would never go here again i was ill on the toilet. Would never dare to get this again.

17 dollars for a burrito on it's own.bland and mainly rice.no cool. Won't be back.

Nice shop design in the same complex as a Subway if you've got people with you who'd prefer that but if you're heading in, I'd suggest everyone tries Guzman y Gomez. It's a perfect way to solve a craving for Mexican or to just try something new. The burritos are absolutely delicious and come with quality meat and enough fillings for the burrito alone to be a meal. The prices are relatively good for what you get too.

Over the past 2 days my son has ordered food from you and both times made him severely ill, causing vomiting. Doctor has said it's food poisoning caused by bad food or bad food prep hygiene. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone

Terrible! The food was not nice at all. No flavour in the rice. Beans were way too big, not appealing. No sauce for the wrap, not enough meat (pulled pork) overpriced. Very disappointed

The staff are friendly, the food is pretty good and reasonably healthy for fast food, I enjoy the hot chips! Would be great if they extended the opening hours!

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever been to. VERY disappointed with the quality of the food.bland bland bland is all I have to say. I’ve been to a few Mexican restaurants and my favourite by far has to be the la Adelita Mexican cantina down at Elizabeth. Friendly helpful staff with flavoursome food. I’ve tried this place a couple times and it hasn’t pleased me once. A big flop for me.
