Never order delivery. Ordered a ground beef burrito. Received a burrito containing rice only. Next order, ordered queso fries, just received a tub of cheese sauce. Disappointed because I think they could be ok

Used to have great staff who really cared about the food and customers but it is becoming just another low quality fast food place full of employees who are only there for a pay cheque.
It is a real shame since the food is really good when it is prepared properly.

Delicious! You guys need to open another one further north! One at Elizabeth would knock competitors down!

I'd like to just start off by saying, I am not one to ever write bad reviews, but this is the 8th consecutive time I've ordered food from the Salisbury downs location and been disappointed.

The main issue is not GYG as a whole, the company overall and many of its locations provide exceptional service and food, however this Salisbury Downs locations needs to be investigated by higher up management.

The employees at the drive-thru are not properly trained constantly getting orders incorrect + the cash handlers at the windows are extremely slow and look like they don't want to be there, this needs to be streamlined. For the last six times, I've ordered here, from the moment I order the food to when I receive it has been a minimum of 35-40 minutes, is the delay a result of incompetence in the kitchen or drive-thru staff, I don't know.

When I finally do get my food at the window, it's either been sitting there for 30 minutes already cold and unpalatable, or I get handed an entirely incorrect order.

Overall, GYG is a great company, all other locations set a benchmark for food freshness, quality and service, however this Salisbury Downs location needs to be investigated, the staff are incompetent, all occasions at the drive thru, I've seen cars reverse back due to the number of cars backed up costing the company potential customers.

Politely, GYG Salisbury Downs, you are an embarrassment to this prestigious brand and should re-name your franchise into a Zambreros because you both SUCK!

As a bariatric patient I love the fact that I can get small size meals fresh and really tasty. My go to is 2 x $3 taco - a big feed for me. Crisp and crunchy with delicious filling. Loving the new chicken Tenders, something I can eat and really enjoy adding variety to my meals.

Came on a public holiday.
Staff were lovely nice and attentive.
Not a very long wait either, atmosphere is super nice, store was really clean.food was really good, followed order notes. Will come back again

My favourite Guzman & Gomez Restaurant. Mostly always get the mini burrito with slow cooked beef, spicy, no cheese, jalapeno"s add guacamole. Sometimes, they forget the jalapenos, but that's ok. Everything is made fresh. Yummee

I was hung over and just wanted tacos.
Got 3 $3 tacos and a thing I can't pronounce or spell.
The case a dia thing.
Hit the spot soo good.and the jarritos cola tastes awsome.

Literally have forgotten a part of my order twice now through Uber. I don’t get a full refund for the item when I go through Uber to tell it’s missing. You need to read orders properly. Not that hard!

Hands down to this place which has the best customer service! I've always ordered through the drive-thru and without any fail, I have always been greeted by a cheerful and welcoming employee!?
The food is great too! My family's go to is the chicken enchilada and the nachos! The queso (cheese sauce) is my favourite!

The churros are so yummy, a pity they don’t come with ice-cream like it says in the website though!

I am one of the regular customers, 7/10 times they give wrong or incomplete order happened almost every time from a while now. We have to come back to ask about our missing item. So sick of same mistake all the time. Worst experience ever. Staff is nice will give you everything but its hustle to go back and ask and wait for one thing and get your other oder cold.

Disappointed because we travel far to get Guzman and tonight was really disappointing.ordered ground beef nachos and when i got home to eat, there was no meat … nachos aren’t nachos without the meat.don’t know how they stuffed this one up, i have my receipt and i’ll be taking it back to get a refund.haven’t been disappointed before by them.

The best GYG experience in Adelaide so far. The staff is great and generous with portion. I have tried multiple GYG's but with the quality and quantity, this is our go to GYG.
Would definitely recommend the Salisbury GYG

Old and low quality food.or the service will be slower than a turtle. 4th nonstop 0 star service and was the last try to GYG

Ordered online because I was in a hurry. No record of my order when I arrived. Lengthy wait to get order made up at a busy time and couldn't get exactly what originally ordered. It was tasty but the system did not work at all.
