Staff dont have decency to call if doctor 45 min late. Receptionist told me was on time when i arrived. I was on time. She needs to get better at her lies as she also told me one patient waiting in front of me. Poor service! Had to leave as had specialist appt

Absolutely hopeless establishment.

Been trying to get an appointment since before Christmas.

Get more doctors or turn away the hypochondriacs!

Sexist, condescending doctor told my partner she was "fine" and gave her a sick certificate for a day. Got a second opinion confirming the obvious flu diagnosis and she was laid up for a fortnight.desk staff were rude and incompetent as well

Dr Bandara is the most loveliest female dr you could ever ask for. She is friendly, warm, understanding and listens to every word you say. She is always fully booked and I can see why. Defiantly worth the wait to see her and she will help you. Thank you.

After my doctor retired I have found it hard to find a nice doctor. We have found the best Dr Yapa he is brilliant always smiling great with kids too. The receptionist are nurses are lovely too.
I would say to book early like most doctors they are very busy.

Terrific family practice and great service. A freindly and helpful nurse always on duty to help too. An excellent place to visit. Highly recomeded.

Fantastic surgery been served by them for over 10 years very friendly and experienced reception staff keep going what you are doing and you can't go wrong

Been attending GP Axis for many years and have always found the staff and Dr’s great. Never had a real long wait. Keep up the great work

Our family have been seeing doctors here for over four years. After forgetting an appointment I called at the time of the appointment to let them know we wouldn't make it there in time and was told that another appointment could only be scheduled if we paid a non-attendance fee. They clearly have no idea of the concept of a customer relationship, very poor form. After such a poor customer experience, our family will be seeing doctors closer to home from now on.

The receptionists are very good, polite and helpful. I have only seen the doctor, but several times, and excellent service.

Its OK if you don't won't you heart rate or blood pressure done.and the doctors whom are not Australian will not right any prescription s as they are to quick to whip you in and get ri m x patient.
