Receptionists and nurses are brilliant. I have waited (at times) 1 HOUR plus to see the doctor. I'm stressed before I even get in there! To book patients at 10 minute intervals is ridiculous, because IT JUST DOES NOT WORK! Please change your policy - it's disrespectful to the doctor as well as the patient and sometimes 10minutes with the doctor is not enough, and as a result, sometimes the doctor has to rush things through. Why don't you start having at least 15 minute consultations with at least a 20 minute break between patients. The doctors get stressed too - give them a break - they shouldn't be "under the pump" from start to finish. This should not be a money making exercise - but unfortunately, your bookings say otherwise. This issue comes back to management! The doctor cannot meet the times, they have paperwork etc to attend to between each patient. Come on management, rectify it!

They used to be a good doctors, now useless, idiots taking appointments, non understanding, rude, guess that's what you get when you employ idiots from this new woke generation! All you are to them is a number and a 10minute visit! I'm bloody disscusted

Always a pleasure to visit the doctor if that is possible, staff are always friendly and helpful and the pharmacy is very helpful to. Can get your blood test done too but I have never done that because of fasting. KEEP SMILING AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK EVERYONE

Dr. Kevin Carroll is a lovely doctor. Easy to talk to and takes an interest in his patients. For the first time in just over 10 yrs at Grand Medical, I feel like I am truly being listened to, and not gaslighted like I was before, by the previous doctor I saw there. He understood why I suffer from what I do, and didn't fob me off, like I felt was happening with another. He also didn't rush me out of his office, like some docs do. Highly recommend this Doctor. The reception staff are lovely too.

The staff are always happy to assist in every way possible. I’ve been attending Grand Medical for over 20 years and never had an issue. Great peace of mind

13 year patient, and could not get an emergency appointment with any doctor after a cat bite. Was not offered to see the nurse and was told it was not ED worthy, I could go on a cancellation list with 10 other people. 2 days later I ended up in emergency with surgery to my finger. I nearly lost my finger because of this.

Have had bad experiences waiting was even overlooked on one visit, after 3 patients had been called in before me…opted for a phone consult & still had a 50 minute wait.didn’t leave me feeling like anyone cared except wanting payment for visit.

We have bee using GP Axis since it was first started in Seaford. Generally the practice is very good although like every clinic in Australia at the moment it can be difficult to get an appointment.

Girls at the reception are very polite every time I’m going there. Some times is waiting time but other ways I’m happy.

Always happy with the service both at reception &all the doctors taking care of our family.

Conjunctivitis lingering for over 3 weeks. Really appreciate seeing my son’s GP during our holiday from the UK.

Absolutely useless, the doctor gave me antibiotics though i have no infection, and didn’t even touch on the second subject of concern.

Recently changed to this surgery and I'm very happy with the service so far. The reception staff have been very polite, professional and efficient. Their phone system is good and I have no trouble getting an appointment when I need one. Dr Olga Sanchez is outstanding. At my last appointment she went above and beyond to source information for me and I didn't feel rushed as my appointment time went over. Would be great if you could book appointments online but no complaints here. Thank you GP Axis staff and doctors.

Misdiagnosed by a doctor multiple times and got put on an instant recall list by the doctor due to blood sugar level being high, never once got called by the staff for a recall only found this out after being Told I had alcohol poisoning (which was wrong) and throwing up for 4 more days and actually having to return to find out they were meant to recall me but didn’t out of sheer incompetence. Had been going here since a kid but has gone completely down hill would recommend any other gp in the area

I'm a new patient to the practice and was able to call in the morning and get an appointment later the same day.
The online assessment form was easy to fill in.
The reception staff were friendly and professional.
The Doctor I saw was on time (unlike the last practice I went to that was usually an hour or 2 late).
Fees are very reasonable.
