Goodlife Health Clubs reviews
51Great facilities and the best front desk service! A fantastic range of plate loaded leg machines means my legs are toast whenever I visit Adelaide.
Changing class time with insufficient notice to regulars is poor customer service and bad for business
Their weight equipment are old, some doomed to break, and most benches are worn out. Place and staff are great but the weight room environment is terrible. Weight plates and dumbbells are left unattended on the floor and members, especially Chinese members, don't unrack plates after use. Suburban branches only have better weight room environment and newer equipment.
The worst personal trainer I’ve ever met is over there, terrible experience, I even don’t know whom I can look for help from! Im not sure reporting this to the club manager can help or not. He is like he makes all the rules and I can do nothing about it but to obey. I’m so wanna cry: (
Absolutely beautiful gym but please work on customer service. The staff and company are all money hungry grubs. Gym itself is very spacious and has lots of equipment and overall has a good vibe to it but like i mentioned, they don't have value customers nor do they spend much money on upgrading the building or equipment. They need to charge much less, be careful you don't get scammed either since i almost did into a program i didn't ask to be signed up for.
Very pushy staff. I know there's ways to selling fitness, however trying to sell stuff in just any way just to fit it in even at minimal cost is not the best way. Prices are higher than average and it's good they have classes and different levels and what not, I don't have a feeling I'd be coming back. It feels like whenever I come in I might have another pt session tried to be sold to me. I'm at a gym to exercise and do my stuff, not to be bothered every now and then.
Good facilities, good range of staff, staff seem to care and be attentive to user needs, prices are good, just ask about discounts if applicable. Facilities and equipment are modern, building is old and as you'd expect they have tried hard to nullify this with up to date gym equipment and basement facilities updates due to heritage listed and limitations of changes. Warning this is a gym across 4 levels!
Super friendly staff that remember your name! Very clean gym, always neat an tidy. Best of all is the size of this place, no matter how busy it always seems to have room. I always feel welcome here.
I got a membership in Marion brunch. The reason why I also joining in here is sometimes I could use their toilet in the city. The toilet is cleaned but just need to walk a while to enter inside.
Bad. PTs aren’t nice. If they can’t make money of you they will ignore you and forget you. Some females PTs can’t do a simple push ups or pull ups. Other than that the gym is amazing. I wish if it 24/7.
Nice staff, good facilities. Find the group fitness room echoes and the weights room smells a bit sweaty. Hope they have got new boxing gloves as the smell almost knocked me out last time.
