Flinders Mitre 10

I was looking for something specific. Always easy to get good advice. Staff always willing to help and readily available. No need to get someone paged to isle 56.

I dislike the Majid and have been coming here for 20 years, even remember the auctions. Unfortunately, I guess competing with the big shed but for the last year before this opened still has meant low stock, limited stock and more and more no stock.

Shame but I try to support local small business but it getting harder.

Staff are so friendly and helpful, a good range and prices are on par with other stores. Helping the local community is the way to go.

Keep this in mind- many Bunnings staff are retail assistants only, they know no more than your mum does about hardware. Go to Mitre10 for expert advice. Very good customer service in the trade section today 16 March. My order will be delivered today so very quick.

The wheels on the sliding doors for our BIR were worn off. We had gone to 2 different Bunnings (Woodcroft & Nourlunga) both tried ro help but we received different advice, the first was the wrong fitting the second was to say unit too old possibly can't be fixed and we were directed to a BIR specialist, who also tried but couldn't help. We went to Miter10 Reynella, we spoke Steve who not only provided the correct parts we needed he went above and beyond to replace them! The prices were better than Bunnings and the service was just exceptional. Thank you so much Steve and Miter10 Reynella.

Good to get decent help in a hardware store not just a hello and goodbye like other stores! Will definalty shop here from now on.

Reasonable stock levels and pleasant enough staff but there are never enough working to give good service.

Great place for building supplies, tools of trade and more. Always good friendly service and advice from staff if needed.

The warehouse is large and well laid out and easy to find what I was looking for.
Not so easy to find prices on some things though.

This hardware has parted company with Mitre 10 and will not be adding any further stock until an alternative franchise is sought or it closes down. VERY disappointing for southern residents

I don't normally shop at this store but did so because of an unusual (for me) need for decking timber. I ended up buying the timber, thanks to the enthusiastic assistance from Ken the level of which is unusual in most hardware stores like this, including Bunnings. Keep up the good work Ken and may your bosses value and appreciate you.

Great service and prices. The staff are always willing to help and are well trained on the products they sell.

Went into the Trade Center today and all i got was exceptional service. I got served by all three guys there today on multiple trips to the store.they told me everything i need to know and also answered all the questions i had. I will be coming back to the store for all my future projects.this is something that you guys do way better then Bunnings and that is good old fashioned customer service.

Has most things. Seems more expensive than Bunnings, but you can get a staff member in a second! Something Bunnings doesn't have!
