Flinders Mitre 10

The service is always good and I'm happy with the product range. Also the plant section is wonderful, they seem to have something for everyone. Friendly local service.

Large shop has plenty of stock. Large area for tradies to load timber etc. Has paint shop attached for more convenience. The garden shop deserves a mention. A large selection of pots and well tendered plants.

Revamped store. Great helpful staff. Girl from the garden centre. Took me to the paint section and mixed my pain for me.

Awesome place and the service was excellent great job guys, will always be going back to mitre 10 Reynella every thing I need is here.

Nice clean store with a fantastic garden section. They have so many cacti and succulents.staff are also very helpful and friendly. I bought this little gem from there

I went to this store 8/9/21 to order a absco shed, unfortunately the older gentleman I approached was less than helpful and wasn’t interested, even telling me than they were an order online item only. After this I rang another Mitre 10 store and they sorted it for me no problem at all, shed ordered and paid for yesterday 9/9/21. Mighty helpful mitre10! Only at some stores it seems.

The range isn't as expansive as Bunnings but they always seem to have what I need. I prefer here because I can easily find a staff member and they generally know what they are talking about. For example, the paint section is staffed by experienced painters who can give really good advice.

Great store, friendly, helpful staff. Big range with good prices. They had a hard to get item which was nice.

Quite surprised had what I needed and fantastic price, really nicely stocked store I'll be going back again.

Staff can be hard to find at times however if you can get assistance they are usually quite knowledgeable.

The young lady at the check out helped me load a heavy item in the boot. She saw I was struggling and came out to help without me asking.

Female Staff member, watering the garden section, didn't really want to help us with our enquiry (regarding the terracotta pots).

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. They actually come up to you and ask whether they can be of assistance.

Ok.friendly staff.just the two items i wanted were out of stock and they are dearer than Bunnings.

I find this place nearly always has what I need and often at a cheaper price than the big name competition.

Add to that the excellent service from friendly staff and it's a winner for me.

I rang them trying to track down a large pot for my Mum. The woman I spoke to on the phone was really helpful (sorry I can't recall her name) she said they had sold out of that particular pot but she would look into if they could get it in. She rang me back within the hour and said while they weren't restocking they would do a special order for me if I came in a paid upfront. I went in a saw Dave and he was friendly and helpful ordering it in for me. A week later I rang to see if it had arrived as I was visiting my Mum and they said it had just arrived and was on the pallet but they could unpack the pallet straight away so I could pick it up when I came past. The level of service was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble, all staff were really friendly and helpful. This is why you go to Mitre 10 instead of Bunnings the level of service you get is incomparable.
