Flinders Mitre 10

Went to mitre 10 reynella this morning I couldn't have ask for better customer service at the service desk they went out off their way to help with my problem you don't get that kind of service any where these days, a very big thank you they had every thing I needed for the job.

K&B Mitre 10 is the only place to go for timber. Great trade prices from the get go. You can have a small job delivered for what it would cost to pick up from Bunnings and the timbers are actually straight. Ian is very knowledgeable and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for prices and service

Mitre 10 Reynella is by far the bast place for tradies. They actually help, know their stuff and best of all they help you load up. Unlike the opposition that watch you struggle to load up on your own then scrutinise you as you leave, all without any mention of help! Even for the general public it’s a good place to shop, especially with the recent upgrade. It’s also nice that it’s not crazy busy. You can actually get in, get what you need and get out and not have to walk kilometres to find stuff. I highly recommend mire 10 Raynella for all your hardware store needs.

Was a good local shop, however, now it has been taken over and they have tried to flash it up, it has lost basic stock and is now a lame shadow of what it was, numerous smaller items ditched to make way for wanky taps, tools and goods in a vain attempt to replicate bunnings but it falls far short, it used to be busy constantly busy, now now few customers the couple of times we have been, we ended up going to bunnings to get what mitre 10 once stocked, we did try to stay local business but will now go to bunnings sadly!

It's all changed around and updated. Didn't get much of a chance to have a real good look. Seems better setup.

Have been using these guys for 10 plus years and have a cash account. Rang up to order 4 sheets of Hardiflex to be delivered to a job site. They have changed their policy and no longer take payments over the phone. Really frustrating when a lot of trades who don’t want a to run a 30 day account can’t get goods on-site without going into a store. Guess we will have to start getting deliveries from Bunnings. Poor form whoever makes your decisions.

I came into the store to return a chain saw missing parts when went to assemble it This was a minor drama itself trying to convince staff you can refund the money on to a different card. Then asked if they had any other chainsaws I could look at. The response was “ have you looked “ I said “no I’ve just got here” well the reply was”I don’t know you’ll have to go and look for yourself”. Absolutely bizarre considering I was willing to pay more than I just been refunded on a replacement chainsaw. On that I just walked out. Someone else has got my money today which was more than refunded.

Will never shop anywhere else for paint ever again. Dave in the paint shop has gone above and beyond to resolve an issue for me after I came into store super upset last night. I had used a can of paint from the shed not realising it wasn’t the stain that I was supposed to have used… he calmed me down and made me feel that it was all going to be ok and didn’t make me feel like I was silly or anything.then he patiently went through how to fix and tested multiple colors for me to get a paint the exact color I wanted. I appreciate the service provided and also the comfort he provided knowing that mistakes can happen and it wasn’t the end of the world. Mitre 10 should be proud to have such an employee.you now have a customer for life and I will not shop anywhere else for my home improvement needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for fixing my issue!

Surprisingly good range of stock. Prices usually similar and sometimes better than the competition. Knowledgeable and friendly staff always ready to help.

New owners in the last few weeks seem to have increased the stock levels and put a lot more price tags around the store, which can only be good.

Excellent hardware store. Good variety of stock and paint shop combined. Only opposition to bunnings. Go support your local business.

The last 2 times I visited Flinders Mitre 10, I asked my wife to remind me to go out of my way next time and unfortunately go to Bunnings instead.
The extra that I spent here on screws and rivets would have paid for my fuel and time to go to Bunnings.
Sad really.

Always helpful in product knowledge, where it is in store and happy to lend a hand to load larger products. Always welcoming and happy staff. Price is a little more expensive than the big B word, but quality of products is above and beyond.

Not a great deal of stock, prices aren't great and many of their plants look sickly. Staff aren't very helpful and hard to find.
