Flagstaff Hill Medical Centre

Having moved from interstate 15 months ago this practice was recommended by a friend. I've since been seen by both Dr Shimmin and Dr Southcott - both are very professional and caring doctors.
Reception staff have been efficient, helpful and courteous every time I've called.

I just love going to a friendly place where people recognise you and anything you ask about or 4 is given with a smile and grace. Fully recommend.

Excellent experience. Medical issues discussed honestly, with and openly. GP an excellent communicator and empathetic. Relaxed approach valued.

All the staff are amazing and really go above and beyond for their patients. They have always been friendly and helpful. Thank you for looking after our large family when we need it most.

I love the fact that you can see the nurse practitioner for a repeat prescription and not the doctor - what a great idea. I'm loving the practice so far, as the reception staff are always so friendly.

Used to be good now has a massive turnover of drs and instead of diagnosing they just refer you on. A waste of time and money. All the good dr seem to have left.

Absolutely love this clinic.
They have an awesome Dr Ben M who has been fantastic with me and my 13 month yr old daughter.
He picked a virus I have never heard of (slapped cheek) and was spot on.
I just thought she was a bit sick and teething.
Nurses are fantastic. Reception staff like Penny are great.
