To be totally honest: In my 70 odd years you people are the most helpful and pleasant I’ve experienced in any clinic. Everyone is happy. (given the stress at times I’m sure) That’s important in health care facilities. Thank you guys! You’ll now get to put up with me lol!

Ive been a patient since the practice opened 50 years ago and have always been looked after by the kind doctors and staff.highly recommended.

All office staff are great communicators always helpful and never treat you like an inconvenience.
All doctors are through and helpful never rush you along to get to the next patient sooner ect.

I seen dr Lisa walker today and I couldn’t have felt more relaxed and comfortable about my experience. She was lovely, caring and finding the best solution for my daughter. The staff at the front desk are just as welcoming too. I’ve been going here for years. Thanks guys.

Saw the nurse on staff for a vaccine booster. The entire experience was professional, staff are friendly and helpful, all my questions were answered, and the injection itself was relatively pain free.

My only complaint is that sometimes it can be a two week or more wait to see your preferred doctor, but this only speaks more to the quality of service here if there is such high demand. And usually another doctor on the staff is more than happy to see you if your usual GP is unavailable.

I have been attending this practice for a number of years. All the other doctors have been fantastic. I went to see Dr Lisa Walker for my daughter. I found her to be rude and argumentative, with very little manner. I asked her a question and her response was "what do want me to do" She then waved her hands in the air and walked off. I will not be seeing her again.

The receptionists are always lovely today I had to visit the nurse first, she was caring & helpful. I then went into see Dr Lisa Walker who always listens to you & works through any issues you raise with her. I have found her to be thorough & easy to talk to.

They are booked up a way ahead but was fine for me. Dr. Cooke was excellent very helpful and considerate with my enquiries and situation.

We attempted to change a referral for our son at this practice. The reception staff were rude and most unhelpful. When the call dropped out from the doctor, my wife rang them back only to be told that the consultation had now been missed and the doctor was leaving for the day. So my wife was told she would be on a waiting list with no guarantee of a call back for the next day. If only i could give less than one star. Getting a referral changed need not be so difficult.

Friendly reception staff, when I've needed to be squeezed in have found time for a quick appointment. My new Dr Cooke is very nice and knowledgeable.

Always friendly and courteous at reception. The doctors listen, investigate and are thorough. Great communication and manner, even with not so good news.

Staff very supportive with my last minute appointment changes for my 2 year old baby girl. Centre accommodating to my families circumstances and doctors caring.

I've been seeing Dr Shimmin for eight years, she is always attentive and thorough. She never tries to rush me out of the door. As she is a part time GP I was seeing Dr Verona as my back up doctor and he was very good too. Since he's left I haven't been able to find a good alternative to Dr Shimmin, there appears to be a high turnover of other GPs except for Drs Lee & Price who are hard to get appointments with. Recently it seems to be getting harder to get an appointment with anyone, I'm not sure if this is because of a shortage of GPs or the surgery is just getting busier. I'm pleased to say that the receptionists will now put you on a waiting list if there are no available appointments and they did call me back when there was a cancellation. This wasn't the case around 4 years ago when I had a relative visit. There were no available appointments and they told me to just keep ringing back to see if there had been any cancellations. So it has been improving on that score.

Caring, wonderful doctors, they don't rush you out the door when your "time is up". Nursing and admin staff are very professional and friendly.

The staff are always friendly and courteous and go out of their way to be helpful along with my doctor Dr Cate Price who is very thorough, caring and understanding

The reception staff are very pleasant and helpfull. I see Dr Jade Lee and she impresses me with her thoroughness. I feel "trust".
