Lovely, helpful reception staff - always greeted with a smile no matter how busy. Appreciated being seen by doctor on time and treatment being explained thoroughly by her. Great to have access to a nurse and Clinpath services when needed.

Very well run Practice. Staff are reliable & friendly, & Doctors are Excellent. There are Nurses On Site, & Podiatry. Experienced Pathology Clinic within Shopping Centre, & a very good Pharmacy. Bus Stop near Surgery. Ticks all the boxes!

Incompetent doctor Brada, charges for procedures which they fail to do. No refunds! No wonder why they have the smallest waiting list.

We have been with Flagstaff Hill Medical Centre since 2005 and have no intention of going elsewhere. The standard of care here, from ALL staff members, is second to none. Nicky & April and the administration staff are wonderful. Sonya, Anne, Amanda and Ken (sorry if I’ve forgotten anyone) are brilliant nurses. We are, as a family, more than happy to see any of the doctors available. Drs Price, Zygocki and Walker are our doctors of choice, although as I’ve said before, we are happy to see any of the drs available.

Doctor Southcott is simply the best. What a great guy. Knowledge compassion and sincerity with an understanding of patient's needs and a dedication to help. We are so lucky to have him.

Went to see Dr Walker as she helped me over the phone with something previously and thought she might have been good but she came across as rude and argumentative when I was trying to ask questions. Her response was "I don't know! " which is not a good enough response. She could have at least said "I'm not sure but it could be. ". No bedside manner at all and I can do better in my job. Won't be seeing her again.

Friendly, helpful front desk staff. Pleasant waiting area and the doctor had a very good patient manner. I’ll certainly be going there again.

Called for an appointment in the morning and was seen the same afternoon. Reception staff were friendly and efficient. Dr Southcott was on time, professional though friendly, reassuring and thorough.

A telephone consultation with Dr David Cook because of recent interstate travel. Felt my questions were answered and questions asked were appropriate. Hope he stays at this surgery.

Was lucky to get an appointment on same day as called. Only a 5 min wait. Dr was great & quickly moved things along for further tests. I feel very confident with the Dr & my experience.

Excellent care from Dr Price and wonderful to have the ‘one stop shop’ of getting blood tests done immediately on-site. Support staff very efficient and friendly.

They are a beautiful team of Drs, nurses and staff, so caring and nurturing. Have been going there for 42 years and always felt welcomed and supported.

The receptionist are polite and efficient. The doctor was knowledgeable and made a good connection with my teenage sons effective advice and education regarding their health.

Couldn't get my usual doctor (Dr Shimmin) because she's often booked out, I think she must be popular. But the doctors all seem really nice and helpful. Lovely staff. Been going there almost 8 years, with my 3 kids.
