Great place to stay at. Always clean and tidy, just lovely. Definitely recommend it. Comfy bed, showers great, really relaxing.

Beautiful modern hotel with comfortable bed and great shower. Owner / Dean is very welcoming and fun to talk to. Staff is great and helpful. Food is great and well presented. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and we are looking forward for another stay.

Fantastic lunch and great service by Dean and Victoria. We went in a group of 13 people. Chef was also quite friendly. Cocktails were all on point. Highly recommended!

Stunning hotel! We stayed in a king room and it was spacious with a mini fridge & kettle etc, view of outside was lovely, there’s parking around the back & out front, the owner and staff are so nice and friendly. Wifi was fast and the area is quiet for a good sleep. Booking for dinner is essential as they were full inside & outdoor. Waiting time over the Easter long weekend was long but it was so delicious! We’d come back anytime:)

Ellen Hotel is a small piece of luxury in Port Pirie. The hotel is beautifully presented and modern.
The rooms are spacious and have complimentary water.
Bathroom is ultra modern and very clean.
If staying in Port Pirie, don’t look any further!

Super nice. Really lovely and attentive service, beautiful space, good atmosphere, lovley staff, and great rooms. I had a really nice meal for dinner, and from a GF perspective I appreciated the menu's accommodation of dietaries.

For me the wine menu could improve to have a broader variety, but I'm nit-picking so I have some constructive criticism to balance out a really positive review. Well done team, I'll be happy to come back again.

We had a very comfortable stay at the Ellen hotel. They were very welcoming and accommodated us as walk ins even though it seemed busy. Our room was very clean and a lot of attention to detail has gone into the design. There is on site parking and good security. It's nice to have a bit of a choice in a small country town rather than being confined to pub rooms and caravan parks. Thanks to the owners for making this possible.

Unfortunately we only stayed here 1 night, but we couldn’t fault the place! The rooms are very stylish and functional and the location was excellent. And the bed.incredibly comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Port Pirie.

I travel for business constantly, recently staying here for four nights, exceptional 5 star hotel, staff amazing, nothing is impossible. Chefs meals are perfect. We stayed here for 6 weeks, great hotel with friendly professional staff and a restaurant that stands above any regional hotel in the country. If you are lucky, you might have Elvis delivering room service.

We felt welcome directly at the reception. The rooms are equivalent to any 5 star accomodation. Comfy bed, central location. The food we enjoyed, a 3 course meal, was delicious. Fresh ingredients, lovely spiced and well presented. All dietary needs taken care of. As it was the last day of 2020 we even got to see a Elvis Tribute show. Excellent. Dean Vegas really knows how to engage the crowd. It was a great positive end for 2020. Like Elvis said. "walk a mile in my shoes". The staff really have this attitude to walk an extra mile for their customers

My wife and I stayed here while passing through Pt Pirie. The room was luxuriously appointed and very comfortable. The owner and other staff were friendly and helpful.

Me and my Wife shared the; Pork Belly, bruschetta, heirloom carrots, cauliflower cheese, surf n turf & Gnocchi.

Everything was brillantly and delicately presented. Everything tasted amazing - you cannot find a better feed in Pirie.

Amazingly friendly and attentive staff, comfortable modern look.

If you are a local or are visiting would highly recommend

Clean, lovely decor and modern. Comfortable beds. Lovely bathroom with plenty of towels including robes. There are mini bar treats that are not expensive. Close to shops and food.
