Order was late and when I asked the delivery person they shrugged me off and walked away. Then called and talked to the store manager he was extremely rude and he said it was my problem refused to listen to me

Poor customer service, unable to cope with demand (even when its not peak times), uninformative online order system, surcharges are a joke

Great delivery experience. They mixed up my order so came back and delivered the correct pizza, allowing us to keep the one that was wrong. So scored a free pizza. Using the app if great because you can track your order and get pictures of the pizzas as they cook to see the quality. Highly recommend choosing delivery when ordering Dominos.

Too busy talking and not paying attention to customers.
The manager is rude as hell.
Last week I was waiting 5 minutes at the counter with 8 staff members including the manager just laughing and joking around and totally ignored me.

Worst pizza virtually no sauce paid for extras and got 3 pieces of pineapple had to add cheese myself never again dominoes

Just bought a $125.00 worth of dominos including 2 of the southern fried chicken bites. Devastated. The bites are ridiculously hot, coated obviously in a chilly powder of sorts. No one could eat them. In this time of saving money and this believe me was a treat, once a month, what a waste.

We ordered 3 pizzas and three sides delivered and only received 2 sides. When i rang the store i was told my Lilly that there was nothing she could do about it. When i questioned that she obviously went and spoke to her manager and informed me that yes they could deliver another garlic bread but it wouldn't be until much later tonight because they were too busy at the moment. Yeah nice customer service!

I rate this 1 star only because I experienced the worst customer service I have ever received 0/5 for customer service - 4/5 for the food.

I was very disappointed firstly the girl who took my order she was vague and had to ask for help. Said my pizzas would be 20 minutes it was moin like 75 minutes by then I had rung to find out where they were. To top it off the driver had the wrong address requiring 2 more calls. We ordered 2 large pizzas which we barely ate. Somehow luke warm dough is a bit hard to stomach. I have had your pizzas in the past and was satisfied. Hopefully this is just a new year clitch.

Often do online orders for pizza pick up and head home pizzas are always yum staff are friendly love the 1/2 price pizza specials $5 pizzas great who doesn’t love a good pizza keep up the good work Domino’s

3 times I phoned them for a pizza and 3 times they hang up on me. What the hells there problem!?

Had to wait 25 minutes for two pizzas and one garlic bread. A few people who ordered after us got their orders before us. Personally I think there needs to be more organisation and all employees need to work quicker, especially the pizza maker he looked like he was twiddling his fingers and didn't know what he was doing.

It was my first time at Domino's & we went there on recommendation of our grandson. I found the menu confusing & misleading as there were no itemised prices for specific items just general prices. I had a pamphlet from my letter box where there was a code for discount. When I used it I noticed whatever came off as a discount was put back on as a tax? !? When I gave my order upon receiving it there was a pizza missing & the young man said that's what was on the order. I said if I had received the receipt when I paid I would've noticed the mistake & asked for it to be corrected. The young man said the receipts are only printed once the order was complete, how ridiculous. Then we had to wait another 15 minutes for the other pizza to be made & pay more. Hence this will be our last trip to Domino's most disappointing.

Friendly service, young lad called James, is very polite and helpful, will even go out of his way to open the door for you on the way out.
