Domino's Pizza Victor Harbor

This store has definitely lifted the game, my order was ready within 10 minutes for pickup. The team member provided best customer service. The pizza was great. Good to see this place improving.

Hi Domino's Victor,
Just want to bring to your attention the delivery we received tonight. We paid just shy of $70 for 2 x pizzas, 2 x sides and a loaded fries and were beyond disappointed. The fries didnt have a sauce and were tiny, certainly not $13.25 worth. The 'prawn and avo pizza' had 6 prawns for 8 slices and was without avocado.
The last time were ordered the delivery took over 3 hours. Giving our local dominos another "chance" was a huge mistake. Attempted to lodge feedback via the official site the the submission button was not available.
We will definitely not be ordering again.

Absolutely discusted by everything around the Victor Harbor Franchise. Managed so poor I am lost for words. If you order delivery give 2 hours minimum time every time. Zero stars.

Pizzas were loaded with toppings, enough car park, amenities available. 5 minutes drive from granite island.

Placed an order, half an hour later went to collect and was told they didn’t have it. I even confirmed the phone number and it was the right store. No sorry or explanation: (very disappointed and frustrated

If you like full priced pizza without any toppings. THIS is the place for you! Why even bother making pizza if this is the best you can do, there are a lot of career paths available right now. This was supposed to be a Hawaiian.

Very bad experience with victor harbor staff I will go pickup my order the manager I think his name Nathan he said I chuck your order in bin because I went after 30min.to pickup when I ask him nicely can you please prepare my order he said I will do it same order but I will charge you double I don't understand when I ask him why you want me to charge me double he told me leave the store.
Old people working in Domino's like Sukhi, Amelia, Jack and Brad they are legend always busy and respectively talk to customers and look after them. Never had any problems.
Bad experience with new manager very rude No experience with customer service.
I hope your boss give you enough training to run business in victor harbor.

Victor harbor staff sucks no manners before people work there much better than these clones.

We use to enjoy occasional pizza nights from this store but something has changed in the last 3 months. I can no longer get a deep pan pizza when I order it and I discussed it with staff as I thought it might be due to cost cutting measures due to inflation. I was informed that wasn't the case. After this happening so many times I decided to give up and go else where. Silly me, today I thought I would give it one more try. Congratulations after ordering a mini pizza today I received a mini pizza with a base bordering on thin (approx the same depth of a 20 cent piece) which was stone cold. I'm not sure what has happened at the store to change the previous quality level but I won't be returning.

Didn't have the pizza I ordered online, to then be told I have to wait up to 10 business days for a refund? "sorry its out of my control" no resolution offered, Won't order from here again I've been burnt by this store way too many times on poor quality pizzas and now unhelpful poor quality service. Garbage from a multimillion dollar company, Hows about I come get a pizza from you and I give you the money in 10 business days. 0/10.

Dominos everywhere is all about profits and not value for money anymore. If you want a real pizza that is filling and value for what you pay for, try your local pizza shop. The deals they normally do nowadays is better value and taste.

Will go to one of the other local pizza restaurants in future. Not value for money in my opinion.

Gluten free Pizza there is always great.
However answering the phone for placing orders extremely poor. Travelling PM to Victor after delayed flights into Adl on 16.2.23 phone rang unanswered multiple times, then put on hold for over 10 minutes.meanwhile drove to actual store and had not had opportunity to place order. Lift your game management.

I wish I could give zero stars. They took an online order 45 minutes in advance for pizzas they couldn't make due to lack of ingredients, told me they didn't have my phone number to ring me (actually just not true, as they admitted), and hadn't even started making the pizzas they could have made at pickup time, then lied about this too, saying "they're in the oven" and when I asked them to show me the pizzas in the oven, they admitted they weren't. Got a refund "in up to 10 days" with my cancelled order so I can go to an actual pizza shop. Never again.

Everytime I attend this store the staff are mediocre at best. The wait area is only large enough for two people and the pizza has the absolute minimum topping placed on it.

Ordered at 5: 30pm and was advised to received our pizza at 6: 30pm. Then push to 7pm. Super regretted

That would have to be the worst pizza I've ever had, the service and behaviour of the staff (children) who make the pizza was bad and really need some adult supervision. Pizza had hardly any topping and doesn't go even close to the edge.
Very disappointed with Domino's your standards have gone bad.

We went to the beach, had a great time. The day was going swimmingly, excuse the pun, it was a little early to be having dinner so we thought we'd kill a bit of time at the park. Unbeknownst to us this was a disastrous decision as by the time we got to Domino's and had ordered our food chaos had struck the store. The store was understaffed and those that were on weren't exactly bustin a move to get the pizzas out on time. After waiting for 15 minutes past the predicted pickup time they told us they were out of garlic bread so we would need to get a refund for it and go hungry. Another 20 minutes past and they had some very grumpy, very hungry customers who wished they had eaten somewhere else. Do better Victor harbour dominoes, do better

Started with the app processing my order for over 15 mins without even taking the order. I rang the store and was told to put in an order and pay cash on delivery, not knowing if the app order would eventually go through and charge me twice. I tried to cancel the online order but once it starts processing you can’t. Manager told me if the app order goes through he will cancel it but could take up to 2 weeks to get my money back. Ended up ordering over the phone and paying cash. Pizza and dessert arrived 10 mins later. Ordered 2 lots of the brownies and they were both shoved in the same box, so they were squashed. Not impressed dominos. Do better.

Delivery drivers should not be turning up to customers homes with music blaring and revving up the engine in there cars i understand they haven't got the best job in the world but come on
