Domino's Pizza Victor Harbor

Very poor customer service who knew nothing about the menu. Took too long, was over cooked and generally really poor food and experience. Do not go here.

The shop was dirty, floor disgusting.whole pizza left on the floor.ordered thick pan pizza received thin pan. There was more tomato paste than other toppings. Will not be ordering from there again. Very poor standards.

The worst experience ever, the store was understaffed on a busy Saturday night. I ordered a pizza delivery at 6: 45. I ended up having to pick up my food at 8: 15. It was cold and tasted terrible. Domino’s online has a terrible tracker and no way of telling customers when their food is ready or when it will be delivered. If I knew it was so busy and understaffed then I would have just pressed pick up. Poor girls in the store were so overwhelmed with orders and delivery. Where is the management? And shame on domino’s for having such terrible customer service and online practises.

My address isn't valid but i can do what some recommend which is put a address and go for pick-up there or drive to pick up from shop

Ordered & delivered on time but the thin & crispy was soggy like a taco. When I called to complain it was blamed on the Supplier. They needed to use their eyes clearly the Pizza was undercookedThe driver was told in advance they would receive a 20 % tip but couldn't produce $30 in notes only coin clearly a scam to frustrate us to say keep the change.

Best place for late night craving where everything was close this was only the great option left thanks guys for feeding me. Great pizza with super crunchy base and it was awesome in taste as well.

Never again! It's been years since I ordered domino's and thought i'de give them another go, big mistake!
Ordered a mega meat lovers thinking it was an extra large size (for 4) and paid $27. When it was delivered it was 8" diameter, didn't realize at first until after the guy drove off so I was in my car heading there! When I got there i'de calmed down and they told me it was my fault.
Do yourself a favour and give them a big miss. I could have got my money back but felt it was my fault so took it on the chin and went somewhere else.
27 bucks for a small pizza, I feel like slapping myself,
Never again!

Pizzas were alright not as good as other dominos stores and the pizza base was weird and splitting into 2 so for this 2 out of 5 stars

You know what you're getting with Domino's. Cheap, quick, easy dinner. Not the top of the range gourmet pizzas you'd get from a family or independent business but still good enough to feed your family as a some-time food.

The pizzas were delicious. We were given the wrong size pizza & the manager gave us a smaller size to make up for it & an extra garlic bread. Great customer service. Thank you

Very small store. Staff was so rude, young female who was on taking orders duty stopped her job to stand in view to take some medication.

Im working in aged care and im always going to victor harbour domino’s order food really food is very delicious sukhi and brett working morning shift they always given me the good customers service and nice pizza and im always happy to go there

Generally consistent quality and good turnaround even during the tourist season. Can't complain:)

Dominos is truly the fastest pizza maker of tasty pizzas. I just love the process and especially the quality check at the end is such an act of reassurance that comforts one to know that these guys are serious about the work they do.

Pizza was beautiful as usual but chicken nibbles were way to spicy and it didn't say they were spicy that I could see

Sadly i can't order pizza to my home off of Airport Road isn't a valid I used the same address before and it was fine

Amazing customer service!
Staff member on phone was very friendly and helpful.

However, the pizzas themselves made myself and my friends feel quite unwell on multiple occassions.

Food was fine, however parts of the order were missed (2 x GBs) and when attempted to call to discuss, unable to reach the store. Tried again after dinner and was advised that I was incorrect and would not be compensated. Not the end of the world for me, but was a little confused

Tried this place again its no good if you want good pizza go to the salt water cafe 200m away its so much better

Burnt my pizza all over. Not the first time. I’ve had to specifically ask them on the phone to not burn it we as customers should not have to tell them how to do their job. Very disappointed. (Dominos hayborough)
