Domino's Pizza Pasadena

They have lost me as a customer. Their deliveries are always late. It's not just a once off. Don't wast your time.

You should never go for Korean chicken.
Here's people who don't know Korean chicken.
The picture below named as Korean chicken but this is not Korean style chicken
I'm so concerned that many people would have misunderstanding of Korean style chicken.
It's totally different with the picture posted on the online homepage. It's almost close to fraud.

Waited an hour for delivery from a place less than five ks away. Pizza was cold and incorrect.
Called up only to have them confuse me with another order and make it more frustrating. They did offer a replacment pizza, but now i will have to wait another hour.

Cardboard. Feel sorry for the workers, they work very hard for not much pay. Too bad produce is v poor.

Of all Dominos store, this team is fantastic. Carparking for pickup can sometimes be an issue but that would be my only complaint. When I have had an issue the team there have been quick and helpful in resolving. I have ordered for my family and also had 20+ pizza orders and they seem to handle both with ease. Professional, competant business.

Great pizzas, good affordable prices. My pizza was freshly made and hot when I recieved it. A staff member was straight to the counter to take my order once I walked it. Good customer service.

This pizza place is good, but it sometimes gets your order wrong. I asked for Pepporoni pizza with Olives, for some reason they added onion (which i have a slight allergy to)

Without fail every time I order a veg pizza the kids that work there put meat in the pizza box. It's happened so often that the excuse of 'accident' can no longer be valid.
Also I am tired of people not being able to read and not getting the extra ingredients I paid for especially when it's $2.
I really hate that this is my local Dominos since I'm not allowed to get it delivered from anywhere else.

The worst Domino's for quality. A simple ham and cheese pizza is poorly made, half of the slices have little or no cheese and $2 extra to add 10 olives is ridiculous. It's a shame my kids prefer their pizza, i will often get my kids from Domino's and mine from local pizza shop. Twice we had to collect our own pizza when it still hadn't arrived 1hr later.

Your pink haired server provided the best customer service that I have recieved in a long time! So genuinely lovely and had a positive vibe! Thank you very much, greatly appreciated your service.

Ordered a vegan pizza and they served ham. I am vegetarian. Please dont waste your time ordering from here.and when I called them, nobody picked up the phone

Mr. C made the pizza is very good. Baked very crisp.
I am currently eating the best in Australia. Yummy

They constantly forget or mix up toppings, I ordered a pizza that was supposed to be vegan and it had a piece of ham on it. They forgot half the toppings on one pizza.

Ordered online and nobody turned up.just a phone call from somebody I can't understand. I'm like -$60 to dominos, I should know better.
