The owner is Racist! Pizzas are disgusting.thin and crispy now comes in an un-edible state, looks to be puff pastry! On my last order.it was accepted and the app showed it cooking but nothing ever left the shop and i was left wondering no one answered the phone when ringing! Never again!

Customer service and staff are extremely friendly, courteous, polite and professional. Phone service is impeccable. Extremely friendly, courteous, polite and courteous. A fantastic range of delicious pizzas. Also available are extremely nice desserts and drinks. Delivery service is impeccable and quick. I definitely would recommend going to this place for a great meal, or calling for a fantastic meal.

Veg pizza had 2 measly leaves of spinach, diced tomatoes and maybe like 1/10th slicing of an onion. Would it really put them out of business to not ask for extra cash for every additional ingredient

Also if this was just for the value pizza one may think - fair enough it’s 5 bucks, but even dropping like 15 bucks on a pizza gets you the same subpar quantity of toppings

Pretty bad, toppings ranged from disappointingly sparse to unforgivably sparse, and the order was messed up when they gave us a pepperoni pastry instead of a chocolate desert - despite being online where there should be no ambiguity.
I had bad experiences with Dominos in the past but had heard that they had improved so decided to give them another chance. If anything, it is worse than I remember.
Go literally anywhere else for better pizza at the same price (unless you are going for the value range - then buy a cheap loaf of sliced bread, toast it a little, add some tomato paste, rudimentary toppings, and cheese and put it in the oven/grill; it will be better and quicker).

To be fair though - the Pros:
Garlic puffs were actually nice
Base was OK (thank god as there was little else to some of those pizzas)

Couldn't turn down XL for $7 but would have liked a little more topping. Not sure if I got unlucky or if the cheap pizzas are intentionally very light on toppings.

Ordered chicken peri peri and when I opened the pizza at home, there was no chicken on it. It was basically a tomato and per peri sauce pizza with onions and spinach. I rang them, the gentleman said we will replace with another one and apologized. This is the funny part, when I got there, they made another pizza exactly the same like the previous one. Then I had to wait there another 15 minutes to see another pizza coming out with, hopefully, chicken. Guess what? They made exactly the same pizza as the previous one without chicken (only tomato and peri peri sauce this time without onion). I would give them zero star if I could, unfortunately I can only give them one star!

Ordered Domino's last night. WORST PIZZAS EVER. Every pizza was basically a cheese pizza.could barely find the rest of the ingredients. Hawaiian and Margaritas Both looked like plain cheese pizzas. Also ordered a serve of hot chips.they were soggy and cold.
Will NEVER order Domino's again.
Also got diarrhoea from the small amount we managed to eat.
Last time I ordered Domino's (25 years ago) we all had diarrhoea too.
NOT A GOOD SUCCESS RATE.

Was very pleasantly surprised by the excellent quality of the 3 large pizzas - honestly, we have been put off Domino's pizza for many years due to cheap and sparse toppings, but the quality of these pizzas from the Pasadena store on Mother's Day has converted us back again.

Extremely rude employee and manager. Adding $40 to deliver.
Told us if we won't pay that order elsewhere.
These kids laughing and stealing money, putting our community to shame and local business now losing regular family customer.

No recommend! I ordered thin and crispy like always and received something similar to tortilla alike however less edible. I asked what is it, nice man informed me that this is new thin and crispy now and they don't do anymore dough themselves. Well no thank you: (no more for me.

DPP did not honour the the free pizza deal for first time user of the app. I called them and they said another pizza will be delivered. It never arrived. Lost this customer.

Bad very bad services, they offer deliveries and they was open on the 25 December. Took my money twice
And now they tell me that the store was not open and is not record of order.
That is how they make money, well done.

Staff were not aware that my pizza was ready until I said something, and they had cash register problems so it took longer. They had no sitting areas, so I had to stand for w5 minutes.

Good service and food. Store refunded my order as it spread throughout delivery bag. Accidents happen. Staff very apologetic and helpful to resolve issue.
Highly recommend, customer service 10/10.

Terrible pizza asked for ham to be added and they hardly put any! Also just a terrible tasting pizza shouldve driven 15 mins to viva pizzeria!

Went to this place to order a pizza and this man called Andrew took my order. He was very nice. However, the in-store manager. I think his name was Ahad was extremely disrespectful to myself and Andrew. I would not want to work here especially if Ahad was my manager

Ordered Pizza from a very mature Young Man, I believe his name was Nellon. Somebody give this young lad a promotion.
