Domino's Pizza Pasadena

I am always disappointed to serive.he told me always very busy day but inside only 2 staff working.if i did delivery & pickup always not time.

I ordered a spicy vegetarian pizza and found pepperoni on it. How careless that on earth is. Am a purely vegetarian person and then such things leave you in splits. You guys are just making me feel guilty about my religion.

They got the three orders correct and on time. We all enjoyed our pizzas, the garlic bread was lovely but we could have easily eaten 2 of them.

On the way home, this is the easiest and tastiest pizza joint to visit and grab dinner for the fam. Always trying new items on their menu and haven't be disappointed yet.

Ordered pizza for 8 but it turned up at 7 15. Guy offered to take it back but kept it. My partner is allergic to capsicum hence we had the pepperoni but found 4 bits of red and green capsicum in it. Very disappointing

Great pizza, good quality, it’s dominos so it’s never going to be as good as other local places but it’s cheap and quick, all you need

I was very satisfied with my order from this store today. The pizza's looked like the photos in the advertising, and they had a reasonable amount of toppings. For fast food chain store pizza, I was pleasantly surprised.

I live In Mitchell Park near park holme shopping centre and pasadena only service our area but we're closer to the plympton shop

I order from here alot but the last fee times have been a bit out a mess and tonight it was horrible

These guys do what they do, quick easy run of the mill pizza and sides.
If you use the app and/or the fliers, you can get really good deals. At full price I'd go to my local independent. But with the deals its a decent option, the cheap range competes with frozen supermarket stuff on price (add a fews bits and reheat.), the more premium options are decent, and they care about customer service so if it doesn't work out they will respond.

Vouchers don't work online correctly, always end up paying more. Also check out the quality of the loaded pepperoni pizza

Nothing special, no taste, left the pizzas at the front door didn’t ring the doorbell to let us know! They were stone cold

Pasadena use to be a reliable and professional branch of Dominos but my past two orders were messed up (the first one took over an hour to be delivered and the second one was delivered to the house down the street) and the customer service at the store is unhelpful and unapologetic. It's just not worth the hassle when there are so many other great pizza places in Adelaide.

I ordered Spicy Peppy Paneer XL at 9: 40 on Monday 5 December 2022. The pizza was half cooked. Did not expect this as I am a regular customer. Might be a one off thing. Hope to get better services next time.

I ordered in the restaurant and they gave me the wrong order. & I only realised that it was the wrong order till I got home, & when I called informing them about the wrong order. I have been told that it’s miscommunication, however I said it okay, but I want my the right order delivered and I was welling to pay the delivery charge. But they said we can’t deliver to where you live and I don’t live that far from the restaurant I live in Sturt road. They have really bad costumer service, so unprofessional. I will not order from there anymore. & I will tell all the ppl I know to not order from there as well. Really bed experience. If I could give them zero star I would.

Not so good experience. Delivery time is pathetic, got the order 40mins after it was cooked. It spoiled the taste of Pizza. They should not be taking delivery orders or cook pizza earlier.

Hi ordered pizza at 740 arrived at 910 when questioned person i ordered it from didnt write down address details correctly, when rang to find out where my pizza was was told to many excuses, they had my phone number why didnt they call me, very bad attitude snd customer service non existence.craig

Pizzas ok, wait times on this particular friday night at 6.30pm through the roof. Staff ran off their feet.

Food was cold, 30 mins late, we got the wrong drink which they didn’t even leave and then called to talk to the manager who was very rude and hung up on us
