Domino's Pizza Modbury reviews
76 Ordered 3 special pizzas thin and crispy and got home and they were thick crust
I ordered in person and still couldn’t get it right and the place is disgustingly filthy
Won’t be going there any more
This store is going downhill. I get there is obviously quite a lot of customers to serve on a saturday night, but we ordered online, the order tracker didn't work, nor did the quality photos. We arrived to pickup our order at the websites time for pickup and had to wait an additional 30 minutes before our order was ready, no explanation given. While waiting the smoke/security alarm went off for a good 30 seconds before a staff member came out to turn if off. One staff member was warning others that it was going to go off for a good 2 minutes before it happened, seems the staff didn't really care about it and were too busy talking to do anything. To top it off the thickshakes we got were nowhere near full.
This store is very disappointing, I feel like the change of ownership has resulted in a poor level of performance, staff that don't care nor care to act professional and a lowering of acceptable quality standards. Please up your game dominoes, I still appreciate your value pizzas but the service makes the extra money elsewhere worth it.
Absolutely amazing service! Went in saw people cleaning and making sure the fridge was stocked! Big change for dominos modbury and I like it!
People seriously need to check this place out! Young man who served me out the front found me the best deal ever! He gave me the best customer service ever! I hope that the rest of you get to experience the new dominos modbury the way I did!
This place is never clean, pizzas are always inconsistent. They have an offer for the board for 2$ garlic bread but when ordering they say it hasn't been updated.
Pizza taste and composition was pretty good. BUT, the serving and coordination needs help! Guys, I was in your store for 40 MINUTES, waiting for 3 pizzas that had been ordered online at 5.30pm (for 7pm). I walked out at 7.44! The onscreen list of orders appeared to be completely out of sync with ‘real time’ and what was actually happening. I kept asking whether my order was ready (as I could see piles of boxes full of pizza - but these pizzas were not being connected with customers.but were just sitting there, getting cold). Turns out my order was sitting behind the counter somewhere (not on the hot shelves) for 30 minutes or more.why? Because the sides that came with the order were not made (and no one thought to communicate this to me.as I was standing in the store for 40 minutes, waiting and asking many times - I was always told “it’s not quite ready yet” when actually the pizzas were made and getting cold). Guys, the business will go bankrupt if you run it like this. In the end we had luke warm pizza and no sides. We ordered in advance, yet this seemed to work against us. Sorry, but this is beyond bad. I could have left and said, please keep it. I can’t say it more strongly, this is no way to run a business. Invest in an ordering system that works. Invest in up-skilling your staff. Or don’t do pizza. It’s simple. I agree with other reviewers, try another store or a non-franchise family business. Other reviewers are right, staff attitudes here lack care about the food and the service
Pizza delivered in 45 mins after ordering, got a cold pizza with no sauce that is included within the order. When rang to enquire about our delivery got answer that we are busy mate.
Worst pizza I have today as compared to other Domino's in Australia. I asked for deep pan and It is classic crust and not cooked well and ingredient is missing
Exceptional customer resolution skills by the manager, during a very busy day (state lockdown). Very cool under stress and made sure both customers and staff were treated with greatest respect. Many thanks.
Ordered pizzas for School students and had it delivered. Pizzas were delicious and toppings plentiful. Got bonus garlic bread too. Thanks from The Heights School.
Pizza was ok although I hate the online order system and the guy behind the counter was not interested in me as I was only a cheap order or something.
For the $$$it's not a bad deal (I had a voucher) but if you pay full dollar then I'd hand it back.
Absolutely waste of customers time. Placed an order to have it picked up. Went to pick up only to have a wrong order. Was told to wait as they make my order, 20 minutes later, nothing has been placed on their system. Total displeasure
Poor range of products with higher price tags compare to pizza hut.pizzas not as tasty as other joints
I buy pizza and mountain dew Tin
Mountain dew other dominos price $2
But Modbury dominos charge me $3.5
Some Domino's put a lack of toppings on their pizza. Modbury are consistent, even and often generous.
Displeasure doesn’t cover it. My address got confused with someone else’s, when tried to confirm, the person on the phone didn’t want to listen. My delivery was 30 minutes later than expected and dropped (left abandoned) more like it, on my next door neighbours door. Not sure why but eventually got to me another 20 minutes later when the neighbours found it when they arrived home.
My pizzas were cold, and not in state for human consumption. It if wasn’t for my neighbour I wouldn’t even know it was there. Never again I will buy from this people, they are a disgrace to the brand they represent. They are rude and not very helpful
I don't rate Domino's Pizza unfortunately. They are sub standard pizzas. I'd rather make my own.
It's a bit difficult to get to (entering from the main road with a car), but I've never been let down by their pizzas and service.
Well, this experience was a massive improvement on the one we had over 6 months ago, where all the pizzas were drowned with too much sauce or were lacking ingredients. Everything was done to perfection, the right amount of sauce & toppings & the bases were perfect! Who ever was making the pizas on monday night 30/12/19, knew what they were doing, perhaps they could teach the others. The young man delivering was very polite. Am very impressed. The only criticism I have though is that they should separate the delivery charge from the pizza itself, my overseas guests asked me why two exactly the same pizzas were hugely different in price.
About the only place in the area that can make a pizza at a reasonable price with reasonable quality. The manager there needs a hug and a wine tho as the customer abuse and corporate overlords don't seem to be giving them a good time.
Given the competition in the area they win this one by default, only problem with this place is a lack of decent coupons.
