WORST STORE IN ADELAIDE!

You pay for extra ingredients and you never get them. Twice they did that, never again buying from this place.

Edit: Gave them 1 more chance. Ordered 3 pizzas. Literally everything on the pizzas was wrong.

If you get a guy named Leander making your pizza, you are blessed. The customer service is also really good.

They had to remake one pizza as they forgot pineapple it was added as an extra (person cutting pizza noticed) while waiting he dropped tongs on floor and reused them. Hubby's pizza was cut in to different sized slices. Hubby ordered a loaded supreme and it had Peri Peri sauce and not the roasted capsicum sauce as stated, wasn't what hubby ordered.
I will say we usually have nice pizzas but not today.

Unfortunately we ran out of the bases tonight for the pizza “” the guy said when I want to place an order

Downright terrible, this delivery was 30 minutes late, hair was all over the drink, the cheese on the pizza was not fully melted or left for to long, the garlic bread was mushed, when the delivery man got there, there was no apology for being late, we ordered 2 large pizzas and got given 2 small (for the same price). The service was terrible and when we called them, we were on hold for 10 minutes. I would never order from here again and recommend that you do not as well. THANKS DOMINOS

Good pizza's, quick pick-up service, The stores appearance and general look is a bit average. But repeat, Good pizza's.

Where do I even start.
Ordered some pizza with a family member, it arrives and it's missing the cheesy crust we paid extra for. Our sides were also wrong. No attempt was made to contact us so we had no chance to cancel our order and get food from a different store that had what we wanted. We tried to call the store and couldn't get through. I have submitted online complaints and am still waiting for a response. My family member literally had to drive to the store just to find out what happened, AFTER we paid for DELIVERY. Even then all she was given was a refund for the crust and not offered a replacement or full refund!

Disgracful, unprofessional, ignores your phone call if they stuff up your order, ordered at 7: 45pm, it's now 10: 45pm and still waiting. Willing to wait for high quality pizza but dominos pizza is on par with SPAM in a can. Avoid the modbury store at all costs

This store was in a shocking state, understaffed and hectic. I ordered a single pizza tonight online and upon waiting for the order to pay, I received an error code. I rang the shop to confirm if my order was received. Upon ringing the store I was then be put on hold, I waited and was left for a while, so decided to hang up and drive to the store as the money was taken from my account. Upon arriving at the store I was met with other disgruntled customers with the same issue. I was then told the online system was unfortunately acting up tonight and they had not received my order. I would therefore have to wait the weekend fri, sat, sun and return Monday/Tuesday for a refund - quite frustrating but online systems aren’t always reliable. I then reordered to be told AFTER ordering that it would be atleast a 25-30 minute wait. Therefore, I drove home to return 30 minutes later. I was then met to frantic staff, where I was about to be handed my box but upon restating my order before paying I was told my pizza was made incorrectly and that they had run out of half of the ingredients. The employee then stated I’ll quickly remake it now. Frustrated, I had come this far I waited again - 15 minutes later I paid and returned home. Returning home I have noticed the base is actually incorrect with limited to no topping at all for the available ingredients. I’m now left with the saddest looking product - half the toppings - and a lot of time wasted. Oh and also THAT amount of hassle to pay twice!

Nice place but was waiting way too long for a margarita pizza when there was only one other lady in the shop with me.

Ordered the mega meat lovers with barbecue sauce which was literally poured on the pizza as in the picture attached. Pizza wasn't pleasant to eat

Sometimes you get what you order, sometimes you get what they feel like makin for ya. But it's usually not what you order.

Good service but poor staffing. We saw 2 staff members go one one delivery and only 1 staff member was left in store to deal with 6 different customers

Went here instead of my usual Dominos as it was closer.
Ordered a pizza on the 26th of March. Took a while for them to make it, received the pizza with a big sharp piece of plastic and a 2 day expired 'use by' sticker.
Dread to think what was expired in my pizza.
Manager doesn't "know how this happened bro, I don't know bro".
Will be sticking to any Dominos but this one in the future, and I advise everyone else does the same.

Open till late. Relatively busy place. Pick up or delivery available. Quick service. On site parking available.

Poorly used ingredients n cold (not much concerned) but mainly chunk of meat at the side was on top of the pizza for purely vegetarian people.
Managers response really rude like no where near called a customer service

One of the dirtiest restaurants I've ever been to in my life! Extremely unhygienic! The cooking area looked extremely dirty full of clutter and the floor was black and had paper scraps scattered everywhere.
The manager was definitely not a peoples person and was very unprofessional as he was having a go at one of his workers whilst I was waiting for the pizzas to be ready. I took the pizzas home and literally threw them out. They were so discusting! Never again!

I have been going here for years now and they're constantly giving nice hot pizza I have had a few issues over the years but they always fix it by vouchers or replacement so can't fault them. Also during covid it has been nice to be able to order some delivery and the delivery drivers are always friendly. Definitely recommend

2 cold pizzas delivered after 1hour of wait coz they ran out of raw material first with cheese n then with olives n delivered wrong soft drink after selection.

Unfortunately couldn’t find -10, I will definitely rate them. Worst food and worst customer service. Food taste yuckkkkyyyy
