Domino's Pizza Modbury

Waited an hour and a half for our order, called three times to be consistently told that our order was “on the way” and “will be there soon” was told the same thing for 45 minutes.

If the driver is on the way… how long is our order sitting in the car for?

Still have no received our order after an hour and a half. Not the first time this has happened at this dominos

Maybe dominoes need to look into this owner going by other reviews. Won’t be eating it if it ever turns up

I placed a pickup order of butter chicken pizza, but when I came back home it didn’t seems to be chicken. As I don’t eat any other meat then chicken so I called the store for a refund or for a new pizza so store told me to come back and get a new But on arrival they denied me to give me new pizza. I’m never gonna come back to domino’s, such a time waste.

Tried to do a phone order, waited on hold for over 5 minute and gave up and got a pizza elsewhere

Worst service ever। i did order a pizza,
Order was cancelled by staff, did not inform me, and when i called them they said,
He called me but no one answered the call।
I can bet i can proof that he didn't made any call,
Never ever order again, from dominos. Will go to pizza hut.
That guy should get a lesson. For lying. Today left with empty stomach.worst pizza shop ever seen in my life.
Seeking advice from someone who can help me to lodge a formal complaint for this issue. And i can teach them a good lesson.

Just a note to say yoyr drivers are always well presented and polite, its a credit to the people that train and hire them.

Horrible, i paid $47 for 3 pizzas that no one ate, when i got home kids looked at it and wouldn't touch it, i got one large for $18 and 2 mini with a choice of 2 sides for $14 each (you didn't even have the sides i wanted because you were out of stock). Photo is meant to be a supreme! If you go out of business you know ow why.

Quick pizza, always good, never had a bad experience. You get what you pay for. Easy quick dinner, they have lots of different offers on especially if you order through the app, I like being able to see the timeline of the order being made and delivered.

Bought pizza here earlier this week. They charged us $74 for a $52 order. When we questioned why it was so much the guy at the till said he can't give a receipt then worked it out on his phone and said oh yes I overcharged you $7. We persisted and said no its $50 something. Eventually the man agreed and paid $22 back in cash. He worked it all out on his mobile and never entered anything into the system. He never reprinted the receipt. When we got the original receipt with the pizza box it was priced correctly at $52. Dominoes your staff are scamming customers and pocketing the difference! Disgraceful

Brought pizza today from this store, when we open the box there was 3-4 Ants inside the box and one big Ant on the top of the receipt. That’s disgusting store is not clean even we can see the same size of ants on the floors when we go back for complaint.

We bought pizza tonight. It was the worst pizza we had. Our guest came from India we ordered pizza we felt so embarrassed in front of them. There was no paneer on Peppe paneer pizza and very thick base with no shape. I also order simply cheese I got simply cheese without cheese and no shape.

Not bad for pizza in the country.
Very tasty, specially when you are very hungry after a long day fishing.

Ordered pizza on a Thursday night and waited atleast 30 minutes in the carpark to get our dinner and when we got home to eat it was really bad. No sauce on the pizzas and not hardly any toppings. The worst I've ever had from a dominos store.

Not as cheap as I thought if you get a plain basic it is but anything else is costly and to get it delivered was nearly double the cost

I found a dead cockroach in my my pizza on the 16th Feb still waiting for an explanation and apology for serving me a disease ridden pizza.

Pizza would of been ok but when it was put in box was covered with tomato sauce descusting.cheesey garlic bread burnt.

Used the new heavily advertised Domis App, couldn't locate the New Yorker sized pizza so stuck with the locak diet version. The size is at best a medium, certainly not a large.
The pizzas weren't generously filled with ingredients.

After I asked about the New Yorker not being offered on the app the staff just looked blankly at me, I felt guilty as they all looked about 15.
Within an hour of eating the pizza I found myself losing it in the toilet, at least I shouldn't put weight on

Ordered 4 Thin & Crispy pizzas on NYE. All burnt to the point of charcoal and rudely told ‘this is how Thin & Crispy are made’. Absolutely pathetic rubbish shop that is run by kids.

Ordered 3 classic crust pizza and 2 garlic bread, all burnt, this is pathetic and disgusting. People clearly dont wanna do their jobs correctly. We are paying money for our food and all we get is burnt food, never ordering again. Dont order from here, your money will go to waste.

Cheaper to have cheese toastys as there is no toppings on there pizzas like the menu says. Definitely committing a crime for stealing and short changing their toppings on their pizzas.
An absolute rip off and I'll never go back to a Domino's again.
This pizza chain should be reported to Consumer Affairs and should not be in operation.
Do stomach and wallet a favour and don't buy pizzas from there!

Ordered and paid for online, waited until time for pick up only to find out it hadn't been made yet. They weren't busy, just totally incompetent. I've had enough of their rubbish pizzas anyway, overpriced and always poor service. The store looks terrible with the smashed windows that haven't been fixed. Absolute garbage. Go somewhere else. Definitely do not recommend going to Domino's Modbury, KFC is a much better option. Avoid Domino's if you expect good service.
Edit: Domino's issued me a refund and a voucher which I used at a different store.
