Domino's Pizza Gilles Plains

Placed my order at 7: 02pm today and have been waiting only to find out at 7: 50pm that it got delivered next door. I rang domino's Gilles Plains to let them know they delivered to the wrong address (next door) but they were insisting I had the wrong address even if my invoice shows I had my own address. They promised to re-deliver the pizzas within 55 minutes. It's been an hour (9pm) and the pizzas have not turned up. I have rung Them to check the status of the redelivery and they said they have not prepared anything for redelivery and will get a driver to redeliver (again) in 20 minutes. The kids are meant to be in bed by 9pm and they have yet to deliver our pizzas. They offered to add extra pizzas but I do not want extra pizza! I want my order delivered to the right address on time!

Could well be the worst pizza I have ever been delivered. Took forever to get here, the tracker on the driver didn't work, and the "generous toppings" have clearly suffered severe budget cutbacks. Didn't even get the extra toppings I paid for.

Use to go here all the time but once their oven broke down (which they didn't tell us about until 40m later when I called them to find out what was going on with our order). They kept on assuring us that we'd have our order soon but it never came. Eventually went down there and after 1.5 hours, I got my order which was semi cold. Stuff happens and things go wrong, but I think it was a lessen for them in what not to do when the oven breaks down.

Inconsistent. Often very short on cheese and toppings, probably when the owner is watching.
Update: Gave them a couple more chances and have dropped the rating even lower to a one star. In my experience they don’t even start making the pizza until after the delivery ETA has already passed. Cheese is so sparse it’s beyond a joke. Base is like cardboard.

Drastic difference between modbury and Gillesplains.
If Ever Australian standard staffs that check in safety, And cleanliness.this store wouldnt stand a chance.chairs very unorganized, greasy extremely unclean kitchen (clearly visible from the counter)

Customer service was good, positive and smiling employees. Pizza was average compared to other Domino's, especially the crust.

This is a good pizza place. Don't expect gourmet pizza or anything too exotic. The service is good.

Not only this store but all dominos is good for nothing
If cannot maintain their standards for vegetarian people they should not make them fool n serve vegetarian pizza with chicken/beef pieces on them
They use same blades to cut the pizza which is disgusting!
Shame on this people for playing and cheating on people!

Wouldn't feed it to my dogs! They are dreadful cooks and shithouse customer service would rather buy a frozen pizza! Will never return to this store.

I ordered a pizza tonight from the Gilles Plaines store. I asked for a pizza with no cheese, when it arrived it had cheese on it. I rang the store and the person who spoke to me told me it was my fault I placed the order wrong. I couldn't eat the pizza as I can't eat dairy products, and just really wanted a pizza. He offered me store credit but it was too late. I was shocked at the way the staff member treated me and will not be going there again, couldn't believe the customer service.
