SATISFACTION GUARANTEE A LIE!
Got a very wet and soggy pizza (a puddle in middle) stuck to the box, have to be scrapped out with a knife. Messaged on Domino's Facebook page with pics, got told to contact store directly for "fastest resolution" and they've got a money back satisfaction guarantee that they're happy to do a refund. Came back to store next day with pics, receipt and the conversation with Domino's on FB but got refused to a refund.

Been there 3 times, all times were soggy, soft and not cooked properly stay away, lots better dominos around

Had a very nice pizza tonight. Thick crust double pepperoni, nice amount of pepperoni that was spread over. And they cut it properly. Plus a tasty chocolate shake.
Store was clean and friendly staff.
Domino's is always good value for a pick up. Easy to order through their app. And quick.

I ordered online for pickup with direct to your car options. When I got there and checked in on the app. They should then bring the pizza to your car.
I was just parked outside of the store, but noone take any pizza out and look for me for 10mins. Then I just call the store, and they bring the the pizza out straightway. Other than that, it is good. It may be easier to just go in and pick them up.

Friendly service, clean shop. Great idea having your name on the board with your order updates with times. Pizza and garlic bread as advertised.

Very poor quality pizza ever I taste, I am customer from last one year for dominos, but today I decided I will never buy a single pizza from dominos in future.
I wastes my money today.

I ordered cheesy garlic pizza I wait for it, I was hungry and then when I got it, it was burned more than the usual. Not recommended.

Tried first time with my friends but very bad experience. The dough of pizza was not cooked properly felt like eating dough. Garlic bread was also frozen, not cooked. When my friend called to the shop the manager talked very rudely. Not caring for customers, very unprofessional and rude behaviour.

They haven't cooked pizza properly. Even not added proper content.

And it's my 3rd time experience with this store.

Worst experience ever. Received frozen garlic bread and uncooked base of the pizza. Complained to manager of the store, he didn’t listen complain carefully and talked rudely. Very unprofessional behaviour towards customer.

It's a Domino's pizza so it it is like any other. They make decent pizza fast and at a decent price (when you use a voucher).

I thought last one doesn't taste good may be a one off case, but in today's order too much sauce, few veggies can be counted, taste less, badly cut with one piece too small. Have a look at pizza.
Waste of money.

Josh is an absolute legend! Such a nice bloke and awesome customer service! Our order was missing a pizza tonight so he quickly made one and another one of our pizzas was made with poor presentation so him and or some other team members made us another new one! Will be back, dudes like him need more recognition!

I judge a pizza by the tomato sauce I think dominoe's used to be good I find it a bit too commercial now they should try a pizza from the Campania Club Modbury North that's an old fashion pizza (great) just my opinion

2 small Hawaiian pizza $24.

They said that there is extra cheese. I did not asked for extra cheese.

They lost a customer.

Good customer service and fast workers and if the make a mistake they tell you they don't do it on the Sly

I feel the staff work in awfully hot shop.they were working very hard with some customers being very rude about the long time it took to get their order

Good deal, in the comments/delivery notes I requested the staff to draw a picture inside the pizza box. With no issues they drew two pictures on the box which made my night. They also were right on time with the estimated delivery time! All in all great experience

If I could I would rate them a zero out of 5.

They took our order and we waited for a whole hour,
We rang back and the manager answered the phone. He was hostile, aggressive and vile.
I highly recommended you eat pizza else where as they are a joke and so is their manager.

Dominoes Gillies Plains owner, change your manager he was working at 8.24 on a Friday night and his name is Chris. Utterly disappointed
