Domino's Pizza Gilles Plains

Worst pizza ever the base is to fat and they have add paneer like 5,6 in extra large pizza and I'm vegetarian and I found 2,3 chicken piece in my pizza and tast is also not good they have also not cook well like it's rubbery it's not like pizza I fill like I'm eating rubber I'm telling to everyone that don't order pizza from gillis planes pizza shop because they are not making pizza good and I'm putting my half pizza in garbage it's a waste of money

I ordered a large supreme with cheesy crust and it was not a supreme. It had no pineapple or vegetables and had way too much bacon. We went back in to show them the pizza and the lady pointed out only 3 pieces of capsicum, 1 mushroom and nothing else besides bacon. I had no apology given to me and they didn't even offer to make another one and they didn't give good customer service. I wouldn't order it again and I definitely do not recommend the food or the place. None of it tastes good.

Rude and racist staff. I was standing there for more than seven minutes and the board said my order was ready. But staff kept ignoring me and kept serving other customers who arrived after me. Could read the attitude and racism in the eyes of staff when I complained about this. Very disappointing!

2 weeks in a row now have ordered in store only for the order not been put through, left waiting for 40 minutes both times! Been a customer here for 5 years. Will never return again!

Ordered pizza delivered, new driver apparently couldn't find my address or type in my correct contact number. Thank you to Lauchlan for remaking my order over an hour later and having it delivered with free pizza vouchers

6-7 staff members out of them only 1-2 working sincerely. Front of house boys were busy with their "chats", passing comments on one of the lady customers and my order was 20 mins late than guaranteed time frame. One young boy who actually gave me my order after was sincerely apologising, others were kinda like not interested in their jobs. Would not be coming back ever again at this one.

Received burnt pizza, when spoken to the manager about the issue. Instead of apologising or solving the issue, she came up with a rude arrogant behaviour.

Had an Excellent pizza which I believe was made by a very talented young man. Dominoes Gilles Plains management, if you’re reading this. Give Adam Penna a raise!

Im a regular here i have spent money over the years here.
We have had issues in the past with uncooked pizza when ordering a newYorker.
But saying that tonight's hawian had no topping on the out side and small amounts in the middle.
I have taken a photo it's terrible.
Dominos should take care of its regular customers not disappoint them

Worst service from the store as i keep on getting wrong ingredients on my Pizza’s.

I always order a vegetarian pizza and its the third time I have found pieces of Meat on it.

I wont recommend this store to anyone.

They had put up banner stating value pizza $8 today. When I requested for Hawaii value added he said that the price has just now increased. This is rediculous. The staff had denied services. Very bad attitude of treating customers from multicultural background. This sort of discrimination is cannot be tolerated. Inspire of Australia having lot of legislations to treat all people equal these kind of unprofessional dealings happening at Domino's pizza at Gilles plains South Australia. Authorities please see this.

Also the staff was coughing and sneezing. No hand hygiene. The covid safe measures are not followed.

Unhealthy food handling. Rubbing hand access the nose and grabbing food without handwashing after sneezing.

The staff denied services

Not bad for dirty Doms. Great when you’re drunk or hungover on the couch. Their GF bases are the best around.

Was soooo good, great customer service, got there and it started raining so I dined in and everything was mint, best pizza I've had in ages, was just awesome all round

This place has given me the wrong order not only once but two times. The first time they gave me 1 cheese pizza and two other random pizzas and then they give me a mixed pizza instead of half and half. Truly disappointing. When I called them both times I received attitude and the delivery man left the pizza out on the cold floor of my house. There was also no physical receipt.

Disgusting service, doesn't inform on extra charges. If I wanted to eat soggy pizza I'd dip pizza in oil myself. Rude service. Won't go back

1 star is a very big number for dominos Gilles plain. Because I ordered veg pizza and topping are not much, very few were there. Dominos newton are the best one

Far out on nr. 1 the worst pizza's I ever had in my life. What a shame. Definiteley not fresh at all. You can better sell frozen pizza's, those taste better.

I’ve never really been a pizza person but this place has HANDS DOWN THE BEST pizzas I have EVER had my whole life! Pizzas actually taste fresh… just beautiful. I’m literally obsessed! Really awesome stuff guys. Been telling all my mates too. Keep up the great work.

Paid for double toppings
extra sauce pepperoni pineapple cheese and got no extras just standard topping very disappointed with this store

Every Friday I get pizza from here no complaints but today received pizza with hardly any paneer toppings on it … not happy with it
