Domino's Pizza Adelaide City

How would you expect any self respecting person to even walk in the door of your store when the glass shop front is so dirty you can barely see through it. I walk past here several times a week and am disgusted in the state your shop is in. I would hate to imagine what the cleanliness is like in your kitchen. I award you no points and may god mercy on your souls.

Ordered pizza for a school function a week before the function. 1 hour after it was supposed to arrive, they've just delivered it. Awful service. Don't order. If I could give 0 stars I would.

After walking in I was completely ignored - no acknowledgment whatsoever. I had to say excuse me to be served. There was a bearded man serving here with nothing covering his facial hair. He didn't wear gloves when topping the pizza. After 15 minutes of sitting down I had to check what was happening with my pizza. During this time the phone rang and rang as it was not attended to which was annoying.

Below average pizza. Not impressed that I was going to be charged double the cost of my order until I questioned the price. Never been in a pizza place that sounds like the kitchen staff was punching the dough through the table and sounded like they were throwing the pizza trays around. Staff using very loud voices almost yelling when talking to each other is also not good in front of patrons. Not answering the phone is also not good for business.

Good place. Although it's in the middle of the city, there is 1 hour free parking on the side streets. These slots are generally free during late hours, so parking is not a problem. Prompt order and good service

Just had the rudest person handle my order.had a go at me about not understanding english because I couldn't understand him and then had a go at me about repeating himself.never ever have I had someone so rude and arrogant serve me that i felt the need to actually cancel my order.unbelievable

This place is a joke. We called before to check the size of the pizza and were misinformed. They hung up on us when we tried to complain. AND to top it all off, there was a piece of plastic in my chicken. I gave it back to their delivery driver to take back to the store. Whats to be that we never hear back from head office.dont waste your money.

It's cheap, that's about it. Well is you go for the value pizzas. Very bland pizza sauce, not much (tasteless) cheese and a couple of pieces of pepperoni. BBQ meatballs are just the pizza meatballs with BBQ sauce. A meager drizzle of sauce at that. The meatballs at the bottom had no sauce at all. In the UK dominos is a premium pizza joint, but here in Auz it's well below par.

For a domino’s pizza place this was quite nice. The pizzas and garlic bread we ordered were fresh and delicious and the 12 pack dessert was yummy.
They were quite quick with service and very friendly. Yum!

Harrowing Customer service. The lady at the counter"KIRTI" was boorish and atrocious, masquerading as the Mayor of Adelaide. The other 2 men at the filthy kitchen bay was rude and were heckling in some local language. Moreover they served me a extremely distasteful pizza. I was wondering why Domino's has not taken any action against them. "Simply Avoid"

Pre booked online delivery pizza 4 hrs in advance. Arrived almost 1 hr late with cold and hard pizza's. Worse pizza experience.

Awesome pizza, fast cooking times, consistent service, convenient dining area. One of my favourites.

Just an average pizza shop. Pizzas are cheap as there are tons of coupons out there. Must try Traditional if hungry.

Disaster. Ordered pizza on the night of 16/6/18 and took more than 1 hour to be delivered and we have been informed that unexpected happened. I dont recommend it all as it was very unprofessional and long wait.

No New Yorker pizza dough to make a New Yorker pizza at 7pm.really. A pizza shop with no pizza dough. Limited seating. Very disappointed in the shop overall.

Just WOW! Worst customer service I ever got! I was on the phone with a certain Shivon (who said was the manager to shut me down and 2 secs later he was: " well my manager said i cant" so you are not!) I WILL NEVER ORDER THERE EVER AGAIN- ordered at Australia Pizza instead where their service was just amazing, got free delivery and they were just super super helpfull and nice!
Dominos you just lost an order for 50 pizzas each month sorry

Pizza was your average dominos. There was very little seating space and place looked old and broken. I've been to better and cleaner places.

Just because there is not the chance to put 0 star. Awful customer service, people you are rude.
