Domino's Pizza Adelaide City reviews
58All good apart from food quality. I took a Vegorama and Butter chicken pizza but both pizza packed cheese and flavour, was like eating stale bread. Better pizza places
Ordered through Uber. Delivery was estimated 7.10-7.20. Requested update at 7.30…. Nothing. Called at 7.40… only just leaving.
Terrible pizza base, it’s basically raw dough. Tomatoes smelled stale in margherita pizza, edge of the crust was burnt to a crisp. Not ordering again, to anyone who is reading this, trust the reviews here.
It’s worth to pay a little extra for fresh pizzas and not a load of uncooked+burnt bread.
I order from this store once a week for lunch and usually am happy with service. A couple weeks ago the delivery was over 30 minutes late making the food cold, they apologised and offered a free pizza and garlic bread for the next order. Today I mentioned in my note as advised by dominoes what pizza I wanted and the garlic bread, upon being delivered the driver was rude. Advised driver a pizza and garlic bread is missing, the driver pretended to make a call and tried getting back in the car, I spoke louder telling him there is a pizza and garlic bread missing to which he responded “not my problem, call the store” I was not impressed with this attitude. Tried calling up for over 40 minutes to have this rectified, dunno if I want to be a repeat customer if this happens again with the drivers behaviour as this was horrible customer service and a horrible experience.
We being treated differently due to for racial profiling everyone should be treated the same regardless of there skin colour
Domino's pizzas are not bad, but they are not the most delicious. The other detail and very important, is that being this place a small place, it is dirty, the only table, full of boxes and food waste.
Pizza was great and up to standard, however our lava cake was broken before it even got to us at the counter. Poor customer service as the cashier was very short with me at first. The manager however was great and refunded me appropriately due to a charging error on the initial order.
I normally don't leave the review but I got wrong pizza delivered. I spoke to manager Harsh was really good and compensated me with right pizza and free delivery. The delivery guy Shaun was really nice too brought me in pizza in rain. Birth guys done good job!
I went to to their with my friend there was only two tables. No sitting facility and pizaa that we order not good as the poor quality cheese was used in pizza.
Haven't ordered from Domino's in awhile (perhaps 18 months) and tonight I ordered the Gluten free Firebreather extra chilli. It was so good!
Tempted to order another to just have for breakfast.
The dough was perfect with crispy edges. Ingredients were flavourful and I literally inhaled it within 5mins.
Perhaps the best Domino's pizza I have ever had in 20 years!
You can't buy off every customer with a free pizza to cover up the poor quality of your food and service.
Late delivery, one pizza wrong and the other undercooked. Please improve those in the future, it would be much more appreciated than a free pizza.
We wanted to order 65 pizza and asked for free delivery was told only if we spent $700 it less then a 2 minute walk. I tried calling to discuss phoned three times no answer plus you didn't have a email address and wanted is to hand deliver the order. Your lost we took our business elsewhere and got free delivery poor service.
I always order via app. This was the second time they messed up my order. First puff rolls and now pizza. I always buy from their but now i wont be going there again.
This Domino's is by far the best. We order pizzas from here weekly as we work nights in the city, the pizzas are always hot and perfect with super quick delivery. I always get a vegan option and the guys get meat with lots of chilli flakes. We always get thin and crispy bases too. They are so much better than the other Domino's I've tried in the southern suburbs. Keep up the good work team!:)
Nice pizzas but really slow service. The online delivery site doesn't work properly most of the time.
Waited an hour for two pizzas and a garlic bread. The quality checker showed the wrong pizza, and when we called to tell them they said that they had the right pizza and that it was on the way, and were told this very passive aggressively and then abruptly hung up on. When the pizza arrived the pictured pizza was fine, but the other pizza did not have any of the adds ons included that were paid for. We called and we were not offered a refund or discount or any sympathy, instead to "give the pizza back" (yuck, what are you doing with it? Why not let me keep it for the hassle and wait? We are in a lockdown and a global pandemic, so gross and unsanitary, who knows what is going on in their kitchen) and they would deliver a new one. Waited another hour for the pizza and when it finally came i said that it was gross to return the pizza when I am sick and there is a pandemic. The delivery driver gave me the right pizza, but then came back and called the doorbell and got the manager on the phone who was quite angry about not returning the wrong pizza so that they could 'put it in he bin'. When we refused he threatened to come to our house to get the pizza himself. How professional, I would have rathered an offer of a refund for the hassle but whatever. Eventually we just we got the pizza which unfortunately fell out of our hands onto the street and the driver finally drove away, otherwise who knows how long the harassment over one pizza would have gone on for.
Would be 5 stars but forgot to put half my order in so had to wait extra time for 2nd half of the order to be cooked.too much sauce on the pizza very over powering but food was hot and fresh
Probably one of the worst customer services experiences I have ever had from any hospitality venue. Ordered two pizzas and a garlic bread, waited almost an hour before the food had even progressed to "making your order" on the online tracker. One of the two pizzas had its photo appear in the quality control image spaces and I noticed that the pizza was wrong, thought I'd try to help by calling to let them know that it was missing my paid add on's. Was treated so poorly over the phone - being put on hold numerous times, as well as passed around from employee to employee without being told I was speaking to a different person until I asked, to then finally being hung up on. The other pizzas image never came up in the quality control space. After over an hour of waiting the pizza's arrived, turns out the one that didn't have a photo in the quality control space was wrong. Called back and was instantly put on hold for about 5 minutes before speaking to anyone, was offered a drink as I guess "compensation" (look we're in lockdown so we have enough to drink here at home, also didn't order a drink so why would I want one?) and was finally told to return the pizza in order to have it remade (gross, we're in a global pandemic? Bro that ain't covid-safe). Another hour passes and the pizza is finally delivered, the delivery driver asks for the original wrong pizza back, told him I didn't agree with returning a pizza in the current global situation (honestly had not touched this pizza still at this point besides opening the box to realise it was wrong), he agreed then must have called his manager because the doorbell started ringing again. I was yelled at and threatened by the manager Harash (I have learned from reading the name from the delivery drivers phone as I spoke to him on speaker) over returning this pizza, the delivery driver originally said "so what" to me saying that it was gross to return a pizza during a global pandemic and Harash threatened to leave the store and come to my house to collect it. Absolutely appalling service, never again.
The 50 piece of chicken for $ 10 is great value plus the spice is just right love them l get them every Thursday get some
Why my pizza looks like this even with the quality checker.
Lucky the pizza looks average when it came.
Never came across Tomato Capsicum Sauce Swirl on a Supreme pizza before.
Every state has something different on there Supreme pizza.hmm
Just needs a little more time in the oven.
