Domino's Pizza Adelaide City

Customer service could 100% use more work, but the pizza and the garlic bread is phenomenal.if you've got all day, go here.

This (Adelaide city store) is one of the worst store and service in Adelaide city Centre. I ordered via UberEat, and the pizza delivered after more than 1 hour. Staff updated the delivery status ON THE WAY even without dispatched. I rang up after 50 minutes, and staff stated that pizza is still in the oven, but the app showed it on the way.

My order took a little longer than usual. The manager gave me a free drink. Not something I expect from Domino's sadly, but kudos to him. Easy and cheap way to keep a customer happy.

If you’re happy to wait almost 2 hours for pizza and then be gaslighted by the so called ‘manager’ then this is the place for you!
Imagine being told that it’s your fault that the pizza never arrived. Truly comical.
We never received our pizza, nor did we receive an apology. Coupla hungry boys here ready to throw hands.

I ordered vegan cheese garlic bread and they gave me the regular one. I could taste the dairy cheese and there was no spring onion. Also ordered a vegan pizza so could clearly figure out the cheese was not vegan on the garlic bread. Really disappointed. Staff want very helpful too. Just kept telling me they've checked and they did give me the right garlic bread.

Yet again today I ordered a spicy peppy paneer with vegan cheese and mushrooms. They made the worst pizza ever was super cold when it got delivered and there was no tikka sauce. They put regular tomato sauce and this was the worst pizza I had. Absolutely tasteless. Never ever ordering from this domino's store again. Last time the staff have excuses and this time they chose not to even answer the phone. Constantly putting on hold! Really bad service. No other domino's has this kind of service.

Normally i love dominos but this time i got a bit of a suprise, when i went in and asked for a meat lovers ppizza the empolyee said "we dont have any meat left but you can have some of my meat my love" norammlyl i would take this as a joke but i was in a distressed mood as my best friends dog just died from choking on meat and i ran out of the store crying and then cotinuted to cry while walking home and i couldnt see through my tears cause a man on a bike to hit me. 4/5 not the emplyeees fault my bfs dog died ig lol rip

Waited an hour to be told that apparently they had tried to contact me, but I never recieved a call. On top of that they said that when they "called" someone abused them and told them not to call that number again or they would call the police.which is not something that happens when you call about pizza.
They cancelled the order without contacting my email address or calling my number again to check if it was correct.
Why would the people on the phone both times tell me that it was "on the way"?
If the order had been cancelled.
The manager accused me of putting in the wrong number, which is not true because I asked him to recite it to me (lo and behold it was my number) and then he kept speaking over me saying "well its not my fault well its not my fault", instead of solving the problem.

Best pizza place to eat as a child! My family used to buy them most of the time share at home but since then, another pizza place was opened on another side of Hollywood Plaza

Overall I prefer Pizza Hut which I say it’s always better because my father used to buy pizza for me and my brother but now when I’ve got paid per week, I start buying a triple hut and chose three best pizza toppings, Hawaiian, Pepperoni and the best one Supreme pizza to share with my family.

The Homestyle baked pasta isn’t the best like lasagna because there was too much cheese than the sauce but that’s ok, there is other pasta options that I could try when I come back

Waited outside the store after my online order at the exact estimated pickup time, reached the store and no one is making the pizza but written on screen "making order", waited for 10 minutes and the staff who saw me didn't even bother to ask me anything, I went and ask him about my pizza, and he said he didn't receive my order, he didn't even looked at the screen when he was in store, just stocking his beverage, bad service

Rich in cheese pizza, little more thick dough comparing to other Domino's. Also it felt more fatty than usual, bad luck maybe. Fast enough.
If you want to have your pizza inside, consider talking to staff for the AC - they usually turn it off for the visitors part of the shop.
Many many flies around, but I begin thinking it's a norm in Adelaide to have flies in a restaurant.

I am a regular customer here, today I ordered peri peri chicken, i liked it but I ordered chocolate lava cake, it was horrible, i had this chocolate lava cake before in Canada, UK etc literally chocolate comes out from cake as shown in picture but here what I got too much egg smell, small, burnt and no chocolate lava
It was like someone trying to bake for first time

Still a good pizza.but Man, there should be some table or chair. At least 2-3 chairs should be fine *with table of course. Cheers!

Vague customer service. App said to come in to pick up order and the guys behind the counter didn't acknowledge me at all, preferring to chat and wander around fiddling with wiping benches as if I wasn't right there and the pizzas weren't there to be collected. It was really weird. Pizzas we okay bit it's the second time I've had a weird experience at this shop.

Found a hair on the pizza. Offered me a free pizza as apology. However, I have to buy another pizza in order to claim it. But they did not mention this when I confronted them. Terrible customer service. Never getting it again.

Don't even want to give this store a 1 star.
They refused to deliver inside, refused to call me, ran an important delivery 1 hour late. Customer service at the store yelled at me when I tried to find out what was going on.
Don't ever use this store, very disappointing.

Called asking about a free coupon. The person who took the call hung up on me. Terrible customer service. I’m sad, hungry and crying.

I asked for a shake while waiting for pizza. They promised. I reminded them 3x. Pizza was ready and had to wait another 5 minutes for my shake

Small place. Can get your pizza fast but I don’t recommend to have it there. There is only a small sitting area and the chairs are quite uncomfortable. Overall not a bad place.

Rude staff, waited over 1 hour for delivery when delivery address was less than 1km away from the shop. Told the store manager that food is charred but he refused to acknowledge, claiming that they will serve what is coming out of oven to customer, and that if i do not like the food to get food from somewhere else.

I doubt authenticity of halal chicken pizza they claim as there is clear cross contamination of utensils that are also used for pork ham and other non halal ingredients.
