Domino's Pizza

Ordered pizza and they promised to deliver in 30 minutes yet from my house to them it's only 5minutes. After 50 minutes I called to check and they promised to deliver in 30 minutes again. Waited for a whole 1hr again till I wasn't hungry anymore. This really disappointed me and I will never order from them again. They need to improve because even after the one 1hr 50 minutes what they brought me was actually the worst pizza I have ever seen in my life. I'm not happy at all. Please change. And to make things worse the delivery fee is twice the price of the meal ordered. It's not worth at all.

The new Operators at Domino's have made a good pizza even better - very nice.
The best thing they did was supply fabulous Garlic Bread in a box.
It was great, so good we went back a few days later for more.
I could not believe they have gone back to the old style bread in a roll,
you know, the kind you get everywhere, scant on butter and not cut right through.
Very disappointing, so much so that we won't be back until the new Garlic Bread returns, what's the point, you get the old stuff everywhere.
Let's face it, you really need a good reason to put yourself through the boom gate scenario of the greedy West Lakes Shopping Centre management, just so you can buy a pizza!

Pizza was excellent. Bought a pizza which was 50% off. I had a pizza supreme. Ingrediets were fresh and plentiful. Crust was crunchy. H it d the ledt overs cold for lunch the next day. It was great

The manager is very rude, staff were coughing while preparing pizzas, really disapointing, also added wrong ingredients to my pizza

Poor form seriously take my money then don’t accept my order unacceptable should be ashamed of your poor quality pizzas anyway. Embarrassing

The worst pizza that I have ever had.was cold when delivered.driver clearly lost watching GPS tracker.sad when we are regulars

Poor absolutely overpriced ask for multibuy deal could only say the $15 each so our order was $78 with extras and wasn't worth the demand and if I knew my way round I would gone else where and then gives s pamplete for 33$ delivery.overpriced

Disappointed I never ever buying pizza from dominos. I ordered 2 pizza at night time. I did call 3 time every times they said 10 minutes 5 minutes and it’s takes 1hrs 30 mins. I don’t like to give them even 1 star there is no option and pizza is worst and our time is west

Wood fired pizza?
No it is made in a conventional oven.if you changed to wood fired oven i would give this a 10/10

Not happy with the pizza quality. Lack of cheese. Everything thrown on the centre of pizza. When call them so see if they can help, they inform this is how we make pizza. It Is not first time I am buying from them, I had it earlier, It was ok. But not sure was a staff who make mistake this time. I tried to explain that it is not worth I paid for they informed unfortunately they can't help. They ask to raised issue with dominos company itself.

Got a pizzas tonight it wasn't cooked opened the box cheese not melted and pizza was cold!
I've tried your pizzas many times always never had a good one. I now go to port Adelaide store never a problem. I accidentally pressed West Lakes instead and once again very disappointed

Service was great, pizza was great there was a 20 min wait but I hadn't preordered so that was to be expected

Whenever I have ordered online and arrived at this store I have always found the staff to be friendly and courteous, the pizzas were always ready for me to pick up and they were nice and hot. I could tell they were fresh out of the oven, never had any issues with pizzas from here, always made the way we ordered them.

10 to 15 minutes for a $5 pizza more like 70mins then accused me of not paying and got the order wrong
Never again westlakes Dominos.

If the Port Adelaide could make their pizza as GOOD as Hallet Cove. I would still be buying Pizza.at Port Adelaide. I stopped buying Port Domino's Pizza.the Tomato base.was so awful I paid extra not to have it on my Pizza.the Hallet Cove.had more ham & Pinapple.plenty of Mushrooms. Port Adelaide.toppings were scare.

Dominoes employee was smoking out the front of store. He threw cigarette on ground. I asked him to put it in the bin and he abused me. I would advise to stay away from this place.

Asked for no cheese and they put cheese on it, then got a replacement but they didn't follow the special order. Not hard to read a order

Order online.estimated delivery time. 11: 30am.
Call the store at 11: 50am.re order that hasnt been delivered.asked where and what has happened.
Lady answered, driver not available.asked if my pizza is sitting there ready. Lady answered, yes, no it is still in the oven!
Obviously these people do not know how to run a business.shame on dominos for allowing such incompetent people into the franchise!

Always a pleasure shopping and the staff excellence. Great place to deliver an experienced precinct.

Tried to speak with manager about complaint, they hung up on me several times. Disgusting behavior. I was trying to honour a voucher from them but because I want spending money they didn't want a bar of me. Manager needs to be removed
