Domino's Pizza

Rang this store to enquire about pizza prices. I commented the prices seemed quite expensive and the Dominos guy hung up in my ear, very rude and confirmed to me not to support this local store under any circumstances.

Would give it negative stars if possible. Being a consistent customer who probably needs to stop eating pizzas so much, I feel like I’m always compromising on the quality of service. There is always something wrong with the order. Pizzas squashed, shakes half empty, pizzas with no sauce on it, and to top it all, delivery so late that the pizza is barely warm. If you love Dominos pizza, I beg you to order from any other store. I would much rather travel 20km if I have to than order from this store.

I hate giving 1star to this guys.and this is not first time.every time they make pizza worst, don’t ever order from this store guys.you will go mad for sure.

Had an issue with an uber order and was helped by a very polite gentleman by the name of annu, my favourite dominos for a reason!

Two Pizzas we had last night were thinner than a poppadom.lacked topping and obviously thrown together by someone who hated their job. To be honest the cardboard box they came in looked more appetizing. Definitely won't be back.

Ordered at 9: 30 and my food was finally delivered at 11 adding insult to injury they didn't even bother knocking or ringing the doorbell to at least inform me the food was here. The garlic bread was soggy and gross as if it had been dropped in water. And the rest of the food was barely warm. This isn't the first time they've been way over late in delivering me barely warm pizza. And they deserve the low ratings they're receiving.

Incorrect pizzas, over 30 minutes late, no pizza checker.
Rang to speak to someone in regards and was pit on hold and told they were too busy to deal with my complaint.

Delivery took over an hour from the initial ordering time. And a forgotten garlic bread. Pizzas were only just warm by the time they got here. Even though we live less than 10mins from the store. Standard of pizzas well below average. Delivery Driver was very very nice and apologetic. After calling the store they didn't seem to care and just blamed the driver.

Terrible service. Stuffed up order and their customer service is not satisfactory at all. Will never be ordering from this specific Dominos Pizza location again.

Wow time for a 'staff check' I think. Not only do dominos continually provide under whelming food, judging from the comments many people agree (husband loves pizza not me) but tonight the lady serving Walked in said Hello & my name as you do to get your order, she literally replied nothing grabbed the food and shoved the eftpos machine in front of her, I tapped and she walked away! That was it! Not a single word or gesture, blatantly rude. I'm not saying give us a smile sweetheart that stuff makes my stomach drop but her attitude was dismal.

The pizza base, veggies were uncooked. I ordered chicken pizza but I couldn't find any chicken at all. Minimal cheese, all the veggies were falling. I have never seen pizza with such a minimal cheese. I missed to check it in store otherwise I would have refuse to take it. Never ever in my life with dominos again. With the amount of money I spent in Dominos, I could get a decent pizza in other pizza shops.

Ordered around 9pm, was not delivered until 9: 45pm and my whole ordered was wrong. Not much open about now so ordered a vegan pizza and vegan garlic bread. So after nearly a two hour wait total, you can say I was a little surprised to then receive the meat godfather. Service trash, delivery trash. All trash. Save your time and money.

Turn you oven up.all three of our pizzas tonight were under cooked, soggy, skimpy with toppings and just plain GROSS. How can you produce absolute garbage and still remain open?

Same expected quality of pizza wherever you go. This time though the Margarita wasn’t that good.

The website is just malware, so many pop ups. Says delivery is going to be 20 minutes but turns into 60.
Screw Domino's

Over the last year i have ordered from dominoes west lakes id say upwards of 30 times. And without a word of a lie, every single time there was a mistake with my order. Most of the times it was something like bringing the wrong drink which is big for me as im diabetic and only drink pepsi max. Or they would bring the wrong sauce on wings or make the pizza wrong or not cook it properly. But every single time they stuffed up.

Will never do business with this organisation again. 2 hours later our order is still "lost " no explanation of where or what or why. Terrible service and zero lack of customer service. Staff at the store were extremity condescending and unsympathetic to our situation.

Fast polite service. Vegetarian pizza with lots of avocado. Super convinient: right next to the library.

Disappointed. I asked for spinach and the photos will show just how much one serve of spinich is. I could pick them off.not impressed with this at all. You guys tend to be VERY skimpy on the toppings. Last time there was barely any chicken on it.

Pizzas arrived 45 minutes late and no longer hot it happens again and again with these guys.lesson learnt will never buy from here again
