Domino's Pizza

Consistently good food but I dislike how everything is an upgrade.
Not a cheap dinner anymore.

I called the findon store for a delivery and the staff member that was on the phone was very rude and had a disgusting attitude towards me for no reason at all, all i did was ask a couple questions, defiantly won’t be coming back DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone and will never be going back he even swore at me any other pizza place is 100 times better

Placed an order clearly stating no cheese. Low and behold it arrives covered it cheese. Call the store and they basically have no clue what to do or how to fix it. Happens repeatedly with all pizza stores. Why is it so hard to read an order?

From when they moved to new location, they deserve a 5 star, great customer service. Sophie was very nice in explaining me their menu over the phone.
Pizza was excellent!
Highly recommend them.

Staff sitting around on bench tops having a laugh not noticing us walk in and only one lonely female staff member was actually working.

Pizza lacked toppings compared to other dominoes, the male who served us was distracted and it was just a very mediocre experience all round.

Worst experience. Pizza wasn't even cooked, was cold and sloppy
The store customer service is horrible too.

Placed an order at 6.00pm 10th February 2023. Was told that our pizza should arrive at 6.20. No Pizza by 6.40. Rang to find out where our order was. Told by that person that the Findon store had our order. Got transferred to that store only to be told that our order was on It way and should be there In 10 minuets. 7.00pm and still NO order. I rang to speak with management I was put on hold for 10 minuets only to be hug up on. By 7.40 we still had NO order. So we rang to CANCEL our order which was $55.00 worth. Only to be told again that It was on It's way. We canceled and walked to the Links Hotel. Had a much better meal and way BETTER service!

Ordered a bbq meat lovers pizza and garlic bread and it was fresh, hot and tasty. Still hot well after opening. Good job Domino’s!

Extremely disappointed, 0 quality pizza, uncooked, everything thrown in the centre of the pizza, very verycheap quality, wasted my 40 dollars. I would give 0 star, low quality.

Worst customer service experience. Rude staff, unprofessional, angry. I ordered online spicy peppy paneer and told them to remove spicy sauce. But staff didn’t remove spicy sauce. When I went to pickup my order staff said I put it spicy sauce on top and I will cook another pizza for you. I need to wait 15min extra for that. After 15min I went again to pickup my order staff handover pizza to me and he didn’t tell me paneer was finished and he didn’t put it paneer at all on my pizza. I show my pizza to staff and he said paneer was finished and he didn’t told me at all. He charged $12.13 When I said please refund my money he gave me $12. And throw that pizza straight on table and didn’t apology at all. If you order please check your order before going out of shop. Example if you order chicken pizza and they didn’t put chicken on top. Please double check

I don't know if they have changed their topping sizes & there was no special voucher codes, but for some reason the pizzas tasted bloody amazing last night. Good job keep it up Domino's west lakes.

Was told they can not do delivery on a Saturday night at 730pm so dinner time poor effort not happy.

Expected delivery was 30min on the app. Pizza was at my door 1hr 45min later with 2 phone calls to the shop in that time. Opened the box to find the pizza was so cold I ended up having microwave it. Absolutely the opposite to the new adds on TV.

Worst dominos in adelaide please dont order your pizza specially from this Dominos.i ordered the pizza and estimate time to deliver the Pizza was 11: 17 to 11: 27 but it came at 11: 50 and pizza was cold. Please guys dont waste your money by ordering from this order. Instead purchase from different store

Avoid at all cost, go to a slightly further franchise for infinitely better service. Delivery was over 45 mins later than estimated. Drink was missing, was told they'd return in "10 mins". Another 45 mins later and 2 calls to the store, still no drink. Was not willing to refund either, only a "credit", which we don't have either. Avoid avoid avoid.

Hi just order pizza from this store today around 8: 56pm and got it 10pm it was late but i didn't bothered much but when the pizza was not up to mark all the toppings were chewey and tasteless i called store asked there name they put my call on hold and he said his name was Raj and i dont think so thats his name either. Just if dominos is having looking on feedback plz revert it to me on my email.

Used to have ok pizzas from here but the last couple of orders are cold and burnt and wrong.
Dominos you need to sort it out

Ordered around 9pm, was not delivered until 10: 45pm and my whole ordered was wrong. Not much open about now so ordered a vegan pizza and vegan garlic bread. So after nearly a two hour wait total, you can say I was a little surprised to then receive the meat godfather. Service trash, delivery trash. All trash. Save your time and money.
