Such a beautiful park! All their new upgrades are excellent! Amenities and camp kitchen are so nice and spotless. The kitchen is a standout, has everything you need and more. Staff really friendly and helpful! One of the best caravan parks so far in South Australia!

Stayed at the brand new cabin, swimming pool and the playground are in front of the cabins so you can easily supervise the kids playing. The cabin has two separated bed rooms, air conditioning at each room. Very comfortable place for family holidays.

Overall, a disappointing experience for us. Our site was pretty much a sand pit with no grass at all. The park’s location isnt great. It’s is on the outskirts of Goolwa, not located close to anything except paddocks.

Could be goodbye our site was unfinished and lots of dirt on slab. Amenities are new but state of them appealing in the mornings with hand towels overflowing on the bins, toilet paper strewn on floor in various cubicles, wet floors. Obviously, this is a poor reflection of the people staying here but in such a big caravan park, especially over prime time holiday season, the amenities should be monitored and cleaned frequently. I made an online booking and had paid but very soon after (30 mins later) realised I could have got a 20% discount as we had booked for more than 4 nights. I called the park immediately but was told I could not get the discount as I should have put in the special code advertised for 4 + nights stays and it was my responsibility to have checked before booking. I was quite amazed by the v unhelpful response especially when the prices were at peak rate and we were Big 4 members (we did get 10% discount for being members). I let her know that it was a genuine mistake and was v disappointed by the parks attitude, considering it is such a large group. She advised me that she would see what she could do and will call back. She did call back and informed me that they would not refund the extra 10% but put a credit on our Big 4 membership.
I don't know if they have "bitten off more than they could chew" with the new e tension of the caravan park but it seems like this park places quality of the parks services and customer service below revenue. Disappointing.

On the plus side, sites, fairly spacious and amenities are nice and new and as a whole, family friendly.

Although renovations weren't quite complete when we stayed in January 2021 we loved our stay! Kids loved the pools, jumping pillows and the holiday activities. We loved the well appointed pet friendly cabin with airconditioning. Looking forward to coming again when the park is finished.

We just left this caravan park and we’re quite disappointed with our stay. I called a few days prior to booking to enquire about an unpowered site. Reception advised me there were none available. I spent more than I normally would as a power site was our only option. Upon arrival, I came to realise that there were no unpowered sites available as a large portion of the park was closed off due to significant construction/upgrading. Had this been mentioned to me while on the phone with reception, we may have reconsidered where we stayed. Unfortunately, we woken on Saturday morning around 8am and Sunday morning around 7am to significant construction noise. I was surprised that construction takes place outside of regular business hours, especially as many people holiday on weekends. Additionally, while no fault of the park, we also had a very windy experience so this is certainly something to consider if you’re tenting.
Toilets were relatively clean and we appreciated the outdoor kitchen.

With the new upgrades this park is fantastic, cabins over looking a central area that has a playground, huge pool a walking path around for the kids to ride, playground and bouncing pillow, soon too have waterslides.
Even though the space is unfinished while we stayed you tell it's going to be a great family park. Will deffenitly revisit after the upgrades
