One of the best freight experiences I've had. A strong focus on individual business needs. My driver, Sal, has been committed to making every delivery on time. I operate a small tailoring business and don't have anyone to follow up on deliveries - many of which are for weddings. Sal has been incredible and understands just how important this is for the survival of my business. He makes every effort to accommodate me and my business needs. So very happy with him and the people at customer service who come through time and time again when things don't go according to plan.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking spaces and located away from heavy traffic.

Possibly the most expensive and overrated prices in the industry.

I work with logistics daily and charging $95 AUD to send a small 300 gram towel to Europe or the US is extortionate.

There’s so many other courier options now with cheaper pricing and faster delivery times.

DHL Australia are dinosaurs, they’ve gone down hill over the years. Good riddance, you’ve lost my support.

Disgusting service, no idea whats going on and they said they would send me a voucher which also never arrived like my item. I would recommend going with someone else. DHL HQ should review this branch

Poor sevice.too much delays.staff is not helpful either.this is my first and last real experience with DHL Express.

My Parcel was sent from Manchester UK on a Tuesday and made it to Adelaide by Thursday night. Then it sat in the Adelaide warehouse until it was delivered on the following Tuesday. DHL Express is a lightning fast delivery service, but the Adelaide delivery centre is a big let down.

We go here to watch the planes take off! Often we'll see a fox strolling around the airport grounds!

Paid $65 for express postage from the UK and had not received my package almost 2 weeks later. After dealing with the supplier I found that my package has been sitting at DHL Express for over a week. They had not notified me or the supplier that it had arrived nor did they attempt delivery. What were they planning on doing with it?

Rang early yesterday and organised re delivery to my work for the following day for 3 urgent parcels. Late afternoon - no parcels. Call from work and they hadn't bothered putting re delivery through not had they bothered calling me to advise I wouldn't be getting my delivery. REALLY ANGRY about this. My time wasted all because they didn't bother doing what I rang them specifically to do. Usually happy with dhl but this was ridiculous. Now I will hopefully recieve my parcels tomorrow, who knows. Not good enough DHL.

I've been waiting for my parcel at home all the morning but later found 'delivery attempted receiptent not home' on the website at 12! I doubt did you really try to deliver the parcel coz I even can't find a card in the mailbox. Very bad experience!

Arrogant staff, but super speed delivery. Delivery is the best, but the lady in the front doesn't accept the word of Export control (agri).

30 min wait, 10 people stuffed into the small area. Customer service front counter has no idea what he's looking for. Weekend is the busiest time but only one person is working. DHL is over charging and under delivering.
