NO STARS but won’t let me post without choosing one! Absolutely disgusting service. No phone number left I found an 1800 number, Arranged to pick up drove an hour to find parcel out for delivery, receptionist told me the number I used wasn’t used anymore, no apology nothing,

Very pathetic service. My parcel was dispatched 12 days ago yet i am waiting to receive it. Customs has my parcel from last five days and DHL is unable to clear and let me receive it. Wont recommend this service to anyone.

Excellent service. Prompt, friendly and professional. I felt that the staff really cared and understood my needs as we were moving abroad and had to deal with many complexities. Our shipment arrived after 3 days and all went extremely smooth.

Ok I guess just hard to get a response from the truck drivers when trying to track a parcel.but parcel arrived eventually.

Reception staff were super helpful came a week earlier to get in info and processing times procedures etc and when I came they remembered me and found the staff very easy going and a pleasure to deal with.
Sent my goods and they arrived a few days earlier than the ETA.

When Australia Post again FAILED us.

DHL Rescued us again for the third time documents hand delivered in the USA within 5 days. Also delivered documents from the USA in 5 days that USPS would not handle because Australia Post would not accept delivery from the USA. This has been confirmed by someone in middle management in USPS.

Custer service at Netley is not great. I suggest extra interpersonal training may be considered for senior staff member.

The package was delivered twice without calling, knocking or even ringing the doorbell. Both times I was at home without any sound when it was delivered. As a result, I can't get my express before the important performance! Worst experience!

The customer care member talks something, another care member says something else. Why can you guys not update everything on web so that everyone can understand?

I am really disappointed with how things work at DHL and moreover, the delivery drivers should also be updated to RING THE BELL, rather than just knocking and expecting someone to open! The delivery driver incident has happened twice in 1 week.

And my express delivery which I was supposed to receive or told that I'd receive in 5 days came to me on 15th after 100s of calls. Had I not put forward to pick the parcel up by myself on the 15th day, they would have again delayed it by another 2 days. And when repeatedly told to leave the parcel on the letter box, it was taken back immediately. I was at home but they never rang the bell but left immediately after probably 2 knocks?

I am not happy with the service provided!

Fast to retrieve my parcel.
Super helpful over the phone and prompt despite being a busy time of year the weekend before Christmas.
Collected my parcel first thing Saturday morning and avoided waiting another potential 5 days for delivery. Way to go.

The courier is extremely rude, he used f word to my girlfriend just because the elevator is broken and she can’t go down immediately.

Payed for express postage 3 to 5 day delivery of $38 USD. No package ever recieved. Total fraudulent as tracking states signed for. Daylight delivery robbery

They palmed my delivery off to the cheapest bidder. I paid extra for a premium expedited delivery and had my package tossed over the fence where it spent most of the day and overnight in my garden with torrential rain soaking it through. If I could give DHL zero stars I would. Atrocious service at a premium price!

Great service always smile. Despite all the paperwork for sending things overseas they took care of me. Sending a thank you letter to customer service.

Sent parcels to Europe and have received parcels from England, Italy, Greece, and USA. Superb quick service (7 to 10 days) and easy to setup notifications. Parcels tracked from pickup to delivery.

Super unprofessional and the attitude was so bad. Her name is Trinh I think and she is in the reception. She was unprofessional and with poor behavior. She doesn't like her job and you can see that from miles away. She wasn't helpful. Definitely I would not recomend this DHL. You can address yourself in an other one.

Very poor customer service. Unprofessional and arrogant attitude from the staff at the front desk.

Been here several times. Lots of attitude in communication every time by staff Milly Pike. No clear explanation when asked. Just some blunt words eg “no. ” The others are nice and accommodating.
