Pretty discusted customer service and some rubbish delivery guys work there. Wrong address, driver and customer operator both lied about the info of the parcel and the parcel was trashed when we finally receive it from the owner of the address it was placed at. Lucky the owner was nice about it and was so oppologetic about it even though it wasn't his fault. More than I can say for DHL who won't even oppologise but expect the seller to offer refund and not them for their stuff up. Not the first time they have screwed up either.

Parcels not getting delivered, no calling card left no phone call, no email, no sms re parcel being held in depo or second delivery
When you call re opening hours dusting holidays they are unwilling to give you closing times as “they don’t know” and they will decide on the day when they are going to close. So much for a customer focused of you can’t even get their opening hours to pick up your parcel that wasn’t delivered try to laziness of driver and no need to inform the customer even
Not professional at all! Especially for such a big corporation as DHL

1 person inside front building, sign in, was tired, staff was Very friendly, n gave me some water, n place to sit inside while i got me breath back.

Would be great if the Parcel Locker was available 24/7, much like Australia Post Parcel Lockers are. Would be much more convenient, I feel that they are being underutilized otherwise.

Had to redirect my shipment so I called DHL Express. My call was answered promptly and the customer service person could not have been more helpful. Excellent service.

The staff are very helpful, but it is not easy to get to unless you have a car, as not on public transport route.
Is at the end of a long road, and the path stops 50% of the way, so you need to walk in the road, which is busy with heavy goods vehicles.

Dodgy people. They take content value of 100% money in the name of custom duty without providing respective country duty receipt. Not recommended. Dont get foolish by choosing DHL

The front of office staff are callous to say the least. Strongly advice not to choose DHL for any international shipping services. When asked about the process, the staff just shrug shoulders helplessly and say "we don't know how it works in that country. " If you didn't know, you'd rather not be at the front office! Arrogance doesn't work in troubled times like 2020! Horrible experience after going all the way!

DHL amazing speed and service once again. Canada to Adelaide in 6 days. Australia Post needs to look at DHL's model because AP can't get remotely close to them.

Dealing with DHL was best experience Ive had ordering form the US,

Geat user friendly Tracking System, could see where my package was everday, Arrived 3 Days earlier then expected,

You Can ask anymore from a Freight Company

Great service. Locked front door probably due to covid worry. Pleasant young woman serving and a guy looking at computer screen, mouse in hand. She looked for my packages one which had not yet apparently arrived but found the one I most wanted. He missed arrival of another client for which he apologised when the young woman let client in. But DHL remains excellent transport company.

Extremely disappointing and would not recommend. My package was delivered quickly, however to the wrong address. It took 2 days to get a response and then another day to figure out it was at the wrong address. Was told it would be retrieved and delivered that day, it was not. Spoke with them again the following day and was told it would be retrieved and delivered that day, it was not. It's been 5 days and I still dont have my package. The customer service team have been sympathetic, that is why I give them 1 star.

I’m really not happy with service of DHL just in second
I missed my parcel the DHL driver not even nocked the door just put the missed letter in my letter box
I just waited for my parcel I missed my appointment

Who knows where’s my parcel from LV? What a lovely driver Never contact me no call no message keep coming to my house to leave a card just not give me a call do you think I don’t need to work? Staying at home waiting for you? Really that hard to give me a call? Not happy at all

Friendly and polite staff. Costs are a bit high but is a standard rate with guaranteed deliveries overseas during the covid pandemic

Have never had an issue with DHL delivery, they are faster and more reliable than other carriers.

I apparently wasn't home when DHL 'tried' to deliver a package to my house today. The only problem is that I've been sitting a mere 4-6 meters from the front door since 9am this morning and NO ONE EVER KNOCKED.

Suggestion: Perhaps the driver might want to consider ACTUALLY K-N-O-C-K-I-N-G on the customer's door in the future.
