Coopers Alehouse Wallaroo reviews
89This place is magic, great location! We come here all the time and the management do a fantastic job with all the staff, super friendly and attentive.
A great venue to hold a corporate function. Staff were professional, attentive and very helpful. Food and location fantastic I would definitely recommend.
Food was very average. And so disappointing. Garfish wasn’t fresh and chicken schnitzel was very average. Staff were lovely and the only saving grace!
Best meals in Wallaroo, the smoked brisket is delicious and the staff are super friendly, always smiling and attentive.
Had the black onyx steak for dinner.cooked to perfection and the pepper sauce was perfect. Stayed on for the music, very enjoyable Saturday evening.
Great place, was able to watch the NRL. Live music in Saturday night. Fun atmosphere and great location.
Staff are super friendly, meals are lovely and reasonably priced. Musical artist variety is good, but unfortunately not supported well by the community at times. Acoustically the sound is not terrific, but bearable when then is a good crowd.
Lovely location, with views over the marina. Food was delicious and generous portions. I had the squid and it was very tender and tasty. Well priced for lunch with a friend.
The service was amazing as staff were friendly, food was presented nicely but overall average however was replaced promptly without hesitation.
Amazing place, good view from the deck and price is surprisingly inexpensive. Highly recommended.
They have a reputation for great lunchtime deals and it didn't disappoint, great value for money and excellent service!
Very clean and quite place. The sea view is beautiful and the staff are fantastic.
Price wise, great too.
The meal my brother and I had was absolutely delicious (compliments to the chef)
A place my brother and I will definitely re-visit.
Thankyou for making our visit a memorable one.
Visited for lunch on saturday night with some friends.we all received our meals quickly although all areas of the venue were busy.all of us thoroughly enjoyed our food.wait staff delivered top quality service.definitely recommend the coopers alehouse, we will definitely be returning when we are back in wallaroo!
Delish meals, prompt service with beautiful views.
Toilets weren't too clean and tidy, half renovated
I had popped into the Alehouse Wallaroo twice during a trip. Both times me and my partner were blown away with our meals, they were amazing! The menu had a great range of good food choices to suit all.
The service was terrific, staff always had a smile on their faces, they were all so friendly and were so helpful and accommodated us with anything we needed.
Will be coming back!
They botched our booking and walked us to a table of old aged people that they'd given our booking away to, before turning to us and asking "you must know them? " We then found our own place within the bar area and ordered food. It was utterly terrible, the "chicken breast" was reconstituted (think chicken nuggets) and $30 scotch fillet salad was gristle and wilted lettuce, missing multiple ingredients stated on the menu. Sad little country affair, 1 star.
Superb. Staff were friendly and the excellent meals came out in 5 minutes flat - everything you want in a restaurant
This place has fantastic lunch specials for $15 lots of variety and huge meals! Staff are super friendly and great hospitality.
The dining room views were so unexpected, we watched the storm roll in over the water.such a wonderful experience.we will be back Saturday for live music in the bar!
Coopers Ale House Wallaroo, where do I start. You have the best views and position but after many years of not eating here after bad experiences, I thought I'd give it a go with few couples. Sadly but nothing changed your food is terrible, we ordered entrees, your coconut prawns smelt very bad with 2 flakes of coconuts on top, the arancini balls were cold inside and one had a hair in it, we then ordered entrees salt pepper squid and then it came out with our mains, the squid was terrible that it was soft and mushy no one ate more then 1 piece, typical cheap packet products that you guys charge so much for, then we ordered the burger it was shocking full of bbq sauce that we couldn't find the patty, now were left with a fowl after taste and smell, honestly will never be stepping a foot in this place again. Sorry to say I wouldnt feed any of your food or chips to the seagulls.
My husband and I visited the coopers alehouse at wallaroo last Saturday night and were thoroughly impressed with the service and quality of the food we received. Although they were quite busy due to live entertainment the waitresses and bar staff were polite and attentive to our needs. My husband ordered the scotch fillet, while I ordered a salt and pepper squid. The meals were fantastic, providing great size portions for the price. Will definitely be returning and recommend for anyone who is visiting wallaroo!
