65Visited Clare GC on an inaugural footy golf weekend. Club Pro was a ton of help, course conditions were great and the beers were icy cold
The room was nice and we had a lovely view but housing keeping was poor. Dead bug's on kitchen floor, dust on microwave and cupboards. After I had a spa and drained it there was algae that my partner said probably came out the pump, told management and they said they would talk to house keeping.didn't even get an apology.
The staff here are absolutely tops - especially Rob & Dannika (hope the spelling is correct!). I stay here regularly for work in Clare and highly recommend their wonderful service. A home away from home everytime.
Spa suite was clean and well appointed. Sevice was excellent and can heartily recomend the buffet breakfast overlooking the lake with ducks and other birds in a picturesque setting.
Just had to borrow a broom from the barman to sweep the carpeted living area and tiled kitchen in the 2 bedroom apartment I am staying in. I have been here 3 nights and the floors haven't been done at all.
Guess the groundman is on holidays - also swept off the front and back areas that were full of gum leaves and cobwebs.
View is lovely and the staff all seem nice. But at these prices, shouldn't have to the house work.
