Citi Zen Restaurant reviews
63Been here a few times and will always go back. Service is good. Favoirites are the Chinese donuts (rice noodle rolls), crispy BBQ pork buns, fried pork dumplings and steamed prawn dumplings. Not so great is the crispy squid (can be tough).
Nice food and excellent services. Lobster is one of my favourite here together with the nice wine. Highly recommended and will certainly revisit next time.
We had a great time here, a little bit fancier than some of the places in China town but the food was amazing and the service was excellent! Would highly recommended this place to any one. Do yourself a favor and get the Peking Duck it is delicious.
The peeking duck is delicious. Juicy and really crispy skin. The service is a bit rough. Don't really like having chop sticks, cups, and plates thrown at me. Prices are reasonable for what you get. All in all, I'd go again.
Arguably the best Yum-Cha in the city. Delicious food, excellent service. Fairly expensive meals but probably worth it for the quality.
I used to like to go this place, but not anymore
It seems like they decreased portion amount of food almost half than before. So disappointed.
Excellent service and fried noodle is tasty, but the rice rolls aren't hot enough, and the fried taro dumpling is below average. Happy that they didn't charge us one of the rice rolls.
Amazing food that is very authentic and of the highest quality. This restaurant is supported by a friendly team who provide great customer service. I feel this would have to be the best Chinese restaurant in Adelaide. Thank you Citi Zen Restaurant!
Lovely place for tasty Chinese food in Adelaide with a great ambience! We also experienced wonderful service by the team.
Had yum cha. Most dishes were pork which made it difficult for one of our party as she does not eat pork
Beautiful food for 5 great friends and excellent service. I was very glad I chose Citi Zen for our overseas visitors
Citizen Restaurant is a wonderful place to enjoy good Chinese cuisine. During the week you can order off the menu and on Sunday it's Yumcha time. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff are lovely. My particular favorites are the dumplings (yum). Enjoy.
Went for yum cha but limited offerings.mainly dumplings and rolls and buns. Pretty dissapointed compared to previous visits.
Visited the restaurant earlier this month during my Australian vacation and was extremely impressed with the quality of the food! Did not expect this at all, coming from Toronto where our dim sum scene is strong. Thoroughly enjoyed all the dishes, even had dinner there and the Peking Duck and Lobster Yi Mein were delicious!
The food is tasty but is seriously overpriced. We were regular customers until we were overcharged for the food. The dim sums are charged subjectively by the manager. Please get your receipt and dpuble check it. It happened sp many times to my friends and myself. Also, service is getting worse. Not going back.
Very good decor. Most dishes are good but I have had better and in my opinion it is a little overpriced but you pay for the surroundings. Not impressed with the $40 banquet. Their yum cha is good but once again more expensive than others.
Ridiculous. My family used to come here very often but will never anymore. The other evening we wanted to use a valid voucher card (reusable) to pay but was refused, the staff told us "we can only use it once" DESPITE it says it can be used multiple times before the expiry date. Just wow. Will never come back again.
Very good Chinese food, the oysters were awesome, as was the salt and pepper king prawns. The beef in Chinese vinegar was excellent. There were enough vegetarian choices as well.portions are large, each dish good for 2 people, so order on sharing basis.
Takeaway beef and black bean with fried rice were the most expensive takeaway and blandest food I have ever tasted
