Absolutely terrific! Everything was gorgeous. Looking forward to coming back for more 'indulgence"!

Totally overpriced and low quality compared to what this store once was. My dark chocolate frappe tasted disgusting, like it was made with tap water. My partner's iced choc mint was so weak it practically just tasted like plain milk, and the macaron 6 pack that I purchased was so inconsistent, some were crunchy, some were soft and chewy, some were just plain stale. Definitely not at all worth the price we paid. Would not return to this business again.

Omg. This was deadly. The crepe and the waffles are to die for. Absolutely Soul satisfying. A Must visit place when in Adelaide.

The food and hot chocolates here are divine.
The cafe itself inside has a good amount of seating but isn't huge. But they have seating out front and also out back in the enclosed "garden" area.

They have a LOT of flavours of hot chocolate so if you're looking for something other than just plain choc flavour, I highly suggest the choc mint and butterscotch.

The desserts are yummy, well priced and they don't drown them in too much chocolate so it's decadent without being sickly.

Highly recommended.

Clean space friendly staff. Delivery of food to the table was very slow though and music really loud. The crepes were really nice overall.

Always great service and great food if you want a coffee or sweets. Only down fall I found is the fairy floss has been removed off of the candy bar crepe but apart from that all good. However now edited since first review and fairy floss can be added once again making it a superb dessert

The staff at chocolatree are really friendly and the desserts that we ordered were so good, both taste and quality wise. I would definitely recommend this place for a person who loves desserts!

My friend suggested this place and its worth the money! I am not a sweet tooth but this place had a perfect balance in their desserts. I thoroughly enjoyed "Mudslice" here, a perfectly balanced dessert. Would love to go to this place again)

I had the Banana Nutella Crapes - Absolutely horrible, the chocolate ice cream tasted of freezer burn. The outdoor heaters were off at 10: 00 on a busy Friday night, and not even the kids were keen to finish their desserts.

Nice experience. Latte was okay. Hot chocolate wasn't bad. Fondue was alright. Nothing mind blowing but that doesn't make it bad.
Seems no one wants to point out the elephant in the room - dirty walls and ceilings, spider webs, thick layer of dust everywhere, kitchen a cluttered mess.

It was really pleasant experience in the cool winter night. Good place to chill out for late night cravings. Waffle was really good and served with artistic approach. Thank you for wonderful experience.

Food was not bad but customer service was so so. We went with a small group but before we could finished our food we were told that we should prepare to leave because we had only 45min for the table, which they didn’t mention up front.

One of the best place to visit in the heart of Adelaide. Service is awesome and I have never had such amazing hot chocolate before! All my friends and I loved the vibe and food.

Had the mudslide tonight, it was divine. The selection of desserts here is outstanding. I definitely recommend coming here for dessert.

This shop provides such a welcoming and lovely service everytime I have come in by myself or with friends. I find that they make the best milk chocolate mocha in Adelaide! And I can't get enough of it that is why I return and leave with a huge smile of contentment. The food is awesome to, my favourite is the chicken quesadilla.

Hot chocolate heaven. It's a great place to be with your friends especially during winter. A must recommend to anyone visitng or even for locals. Prices are absolutely fair. Wish they stayed open later than usual

The wife and I shared a fondue and it's fantastic and ample for two or more people (how ever many you order for) they also have some interesting chocolate drinks, check the menu.
