All what I'm gonna say is. Give your people ethics classes about handling patients who speak a different language and who aren't white. I came in sick and came out feeling mentally sicker.
Very happy to have gone to this hospital.
Staff, especially the nurses were a step above any I have experienced before.
No pain, no stress and no anxiety.
Absolutely "not" treated like a number in a bed.
Thank you for the kindness and information afforded us during my stay.
Kind Regards
Lyall and Carly.
Terribly rude and incompetent medical staff today. A simple task of removing a pierced earring stud backing. Terrible patient care and professionalism. Seriously first a visit to a local medical clinic with two Drs.going for it, then a referral to this hospital and two rude nurses, a grossly ineffectual Dr.all pulling and shoving and then "We won't charge you, you should go to the Royal Adelaide, they might have the right tool". In a hopeful last ditch effort we went to see Mary at Essential Beauty, Unley, all done in under two mins with love and care.imagine if this had been a serious issue?
An amazing hospital, with the most incredible Doctors and Nurses. Best care my Mother has ever received.
Thank you
I was here as a cardiac patient on first day tranfered from old Wakefield street very good facilities and all the staff very helpful and a special thankyou to all the wonderful Nurses all excellent and kind.
Terrible hospital and terrible doctors. We paid $900 and the doctors didn't see us
Requested for my doctor to see me and he was in the hospital, but I was left alone. I felt abandoned even though I am a private patient. Dr McDonald did not come and see me about my bulging spinal disc. Dr Moey did not come and see me despite him being the doctor who injected me with botox to help my nerve pain. I was at the hospital for a week and they were both working so there is no excuse!
I would rate this hospital 0 if I could!
There were little to no gluten free or dairy free food options. Need more dessert options. Lunch and afternoon tea are far too close together. Nurses didn't listen to dietary requirements and kept offering gluten and dairy options despite being told about my food allergies
My mum was taken into emergency there yesterday and the whole process was so efficient and smooth. The Dr looking after my mum was absolutely amazing and all the staff were fantastic. This new facility has all the latest equipment and the emergency is 24 hrs. The main hospital has 12 floors and looks fantastic. A huge step up from the old hospital. #medical #hospital #healthcare #adelaide
